I wanted to hit arms after shoulders but ran out of time... I've got a couple "honey do" projects around the house. I think I'll hit arms tomorrow morning and do legs in the afternoon.
Cordygen is the sh1t. If you all haven't tried it you need to give it a shot. I understood why
habajaba uses it as a staple supp... I think it's very versatile and can be used in a cut or bulk...
I will definitely add it into my future pcts...
