Mma weight cut help

I currently weigh 170 and I have a month to cut down to 145 pounds. I eat very healthy, and body fat of 8%. Anyone have any great tips with least muscle loss

Do you not have a coach? That is 25 pounds. That is a big percent of your weight. Carb and water manipulation will only do so much.
