I do take a bcaa supplement..........maybe i need some endurance :-) haha ......... its just wierd cuz ive been doing this type of eating fora while.

So I'm probably going to start upoing my carbs on a consistent basis.... .how do you think this would work for lean mass gains

300 carbs every workout day, weekends off with 150 carbs just from veggies and dairy...then monday is high carb like 500...think 500 is too much? Or 300 too much...I do high volume workouts and a lot of cardio...I just don't want any fat spill over fron too many carbs

Chemist out so I will try to assist. Yohimbe is a vasodilator so I am pretty certain that A Yohimbe being an isomer would have a vasodilation effect as well. I will speak to him over the weekend or Monday and see if I am on the button or not!! Economics did not delve in to this!

Well....vasodilators can cause low bp. Coupled with a lower blood sugar = dizziness and nausea. Hop on the bike or jump up and down if you feel these symptoms.

Dizzyness was not as bad last couple days...it was there but was able to have some intense workouts...ill update u guys tonight on the crazy leg workout yest, legs are soo sore...and the intese...lets call it, upper body day today :-)

3 double drop sets 12-15 reps to start

front squats 10x10 - 115 lbs - constant tension - 30 second rest

close stance back squat - 125 lbs 10x10 constant tension - 30 second rest

100 rep lunges!!! - 4 sets! - chain around my neck

first 3 sets i dropped the chain after 50 but last set i did all 100 with the chain, legs were swole!!! - i also did 30 squats with the chain and 30 without right after i stopped the 100 lunges, could barely even do a body weight squat!

leg press 5 sets 10-15 drop from 6 to 1 plate one plate at a time on last set, i was sooo weak i normally do 8-9 plates per side for the same rep range

glute ham raise 5 sets of 12

lying leg curl 5 sets 10-15 drop on last 2 sets

Lunges were crazy...not necissarily painful just like a numb feeling from all the blood....today os even worse I don't think I've ever had sych localized soeeness in my quads.....love it....gonna do it all over again once I am capable lol

I was pretty damn hungry throughout the day,it sucked lots of diet pop and gum to try to help plus bcaas but nothing really cut through it. Then I was able to take my level 2 and do some cardio, not hungry the rest of the night!!! The appetite supression is great when following IF

.do u think maybe I have not been taking in enough calories to begin woth and my body is basically just holding on tk what it has? Its cknfusing me cuz I was maintaining and now I cut cals more and I'm still just maintaining....maybe a little stronger
...I'm just just in fear of metabolic damage with all the cardio I do and high voljne workouts...but I eat 4000-4800 cals a day...higher end after my two low carb days but those are still about 3400 cals woth no weights and just cardio

wow that's a lot of cals. how long have you been watching the scale at a 500 cal deficit?

so today leg day was not as intense as usual for however reason but def not a bad workout at all, i really focused on form and contractions, it was def. tough and enjoyable workout, sometimes I like to jsut throw out whatever plans I had going in and just do what I feel like doing and just work hard, thats what I did and it felt good and was enjoyable.

gonna go with the 10x10 and lunges again next week probaby, volume was still reallly high today jsut differently lol

Squat - 2 second pause at bottom and no lockout at the top, really busts my ego ill tell ya that max squat is around 365 and only used 145 for this :-(

Mixability- 10/10 - literally put a scoop in 16-20 oz of water and shook twice, completely dissolved...... in less water (8-10 oz) a couple more shakes and ur good to go.

Taste - 10/10 - I have raved about this so no surprise i gave it a 10/10 tastes like grape candy and i absolutely love grape sooo this was awsome!!!

Thermogenesis - 8.5/10 some days i didnt notice much and others I would be sweating like crazy.More often than not it increased my sweat rate quite noticeably.

Energy - 9/10 - strong clean,long lasting energy.Only reason i didnt give it a 10/10 is because sometimes i really like the cracked out feeling that some products give you, those however come with a crash more often than not, this is a long lasting clean energy like no other , really solid!!

Appetite Supression- 10/10....i honesty think i was only hungry 2 times while taking this.......and the supression lasted a a good few hours, very very good in this respect. I follow IF so this was HUGE for me. I honestly miss it soo much already I was starving at work today :-(

Body Comp - 8.5/10 - kinda hard to say with the short time frame however i do feel that I am more vascular, strength and weight are the same so i am not complaining. Definition may be a little better as welll.

OVERALL! - honestly 10/10 I have tried alphamine but would pick this over it fora few reasons........longer lasting energy, more servings, and amazing appetite supression and TASTE!!!!...........u guys gotta try this! I dont just give out 10/10 overall ratings for nothin, I can guarantee you that, this is the real deal!
