wokring on reducin my volume of my workouts, ot outta the gym in about 1.5 hours instead of about 2-2:15 felt really good today, probably cuz yest wa a complete off day, first one of those for me in a long time
chest/tris
bench 4 sets 6-8
incline bench 4 sets 6-8
weihted dips, 4 sets 6-8 drop to BW on last set
incline hammer strenth 3 sets 10-12
cable fly fst-7 style
cg smith bench 4 sets 6-8
skull crushers 4 sets 8-10 with cg pushups to failure on last set
one arm db overhead 3 sets last set with forced reps
rope push down 3 ets 10-15 drop set on last set
decline rev. crunch 4 sets 25
decline weighted crunch 4 sets 15
cable woodchopper 3 sets 15 per side
felt reat the whoel workout really dont want this tack to end but blue genes last day is tomorrow :-( mayb ea few more workouts with purple wraath after that but i have loved the stack and will pot a final reiew after teh purple wraath is all gone
