I'm 30. I saw a few studies calling subjects young, healthy adults but they were 60+ (imo not a young adult). Is this even worth a try atm in your opinion?
I'm 34 now and used it two years ago and did notice improved recovery but it could have been because it was a great sleep aid but considering it's priced the same if not cheaper than most herbal supplements I'd say so
