Definitely the MK. I take my pwo around 5 - 5:30 and I'm always crashed out by 10. Last night I woke up at 1 and thought it was time to get up. Then looked at my clock at least every hour until I got up at 5:15. That's exactly what I remember about the first week or 2 last time I ran MK. But after that I was sleeping like a baby every night for the 4 months I ran it.
 
I spent almost 150$ on 2 bottles from a board sponser. Its a 12.5mg dosage per capsule.
I like the 12.5 dosage so it's convienant for me.
I'll stick with this dosage thru out my next ph run which I'll start first of June. Then for my PCT I'll up the dose to 20 -25 depending on what i can get my hands on.
The cash dosnt bother me as long as it's real.
I'm really enjoying the effects.

I don't think capped, non-illegal stuff that isn't marked "Not For Human Consumption" and is sold next to the protein bars and Creatine from an AM advertiser is what that rule is meant for. If so, I guess this post will disappear. If I'm right, my guess would be PHW Supps/Focused Nutrition 2 Pack MK-677 .

BTW - I know everyone always talks about sleep and MK.... How does Ghrelin affect sleep in anyway? MK hasn't affected my sleep in either direction - better or worse.
 
Yeah seem silly that we all know exactly what we are trying to say but can't actually say it.
I get that AM dosnt want to be a place that people can log on and within minutes know where to get a package of anabolic.
For me the sleep side effects where instant. Lethargic for the first 2-3 weeks but not unbearable.
Dreams are more vivid and I sleep better and deeper than average on mk677....
I'm positive this is not placebo.
I'm no pro on ghrelin affect, but I do know that it happened.
 
Lol anybody else ever forget that they already took a dose, and took another one? Ended up taking 50mg yesterday, woke up this morning feeling like I had just awoke from a winter long slumber... Also very hungry today. I feel like a black hole opened up in my stomach.

Well, I can't remember if I took my dose already, so I'm taking it again, but my doses are only 10mg...not really a big deal compared to what you did lol.

I take 30mg a day usually, 10mg in the morning and 20mg in the evening. Was out at the bars with my mom last night and I think I tried to think ahead and take my dose before I went out and drank alcohol and possibly forget to dose when I got back. Then when I got back, I couldn't remember at all whether I had actually taken it or not. Figured what's the harm, I'll take another 20mg lol

Lol yeah, fraternities do this Mom's Weekend thing where our moms come and we do fun stuff like go to a winery, or go on a hike and picnic like we did this year, also to a nice dinner, aaand of course go out to the bars lol
 
Does anyone else dream they fall and wake up as they start to fall asleep this started 3 weeks in on my mk 677 and lasted 2 weeks finally subsided now but was weird
 
30mg seems to be the ticket for me - anything less and I couldn't tell you what it's doing. But 30mg has me in a MASSIVE hunger-pang/binge mode every evening at around 6PM. This is at 2800kcals currently - I never had these cravings even at 2200kcal while taking 10 and 20mg. No other acute signs though - still no water retention and my sleep is always great, so that's a poor marker.
 
This insulin resistance though. Been trying to research it. What exactly causes it and to what extent? I thought GH/IGF-1 were supposed to impact positively on both insulin sensitivity and fat mobilisation. Is it to do with the 'hypo' feel? And does the same thing happen with CJC peptides?
 
You guys that get improved sleep are so lucky. This stuff trashes my sleep like nothing else.

I'm on 12.5 and sleep is killer! The groggy feel use to last about 15 min in the morning but then felt fine. Now I'm use to it and don't even notice it.
 
I'm so envious of you beeetches. The stuff makes me tired but then cannot fall asleep. Worst feeling ever.

2 nights ago I slept through a bad storm... I don't like that actually kinda scary lol

They are two very unrelated products, so I don't really know if anyone knows the answer to that. I'm using both of those products right now and not having any issues.

Just did blood tests, testosterone is low, looks like the doctor is going to prescribe testosterone 1 shot every 3 weeks
is it fine to continue to take mk 677 with those shots ? and gonna be adding ostarine 12.5 mg a day also, is it ok too?

Yes you can take MK-677 with TRT. Why Ostarine? Are you entering a cutting phase and trying to maintain LBM/Strength?

Don't get your hopes up, I still have Golfer's Elbow after 8 weeks at 20mg (+ every other Tendon "remedy"). Rest and Rehab and maybe BPC-157 are the only things I'd count on. Where this magical healing ability of Ostarine came from, I don't know - I never saw it in the Sarcopenia studies I read - but maybe it's out there somewhere? (not gym anecdote).

This will NOT heal herniated discs, been there, done that..... doesn't work.

Physio, time and patience is your only hope, if not surgery.

Surgery was my option,

It gave me horrible dreams, I lost my brother in 2014 and I was taking this in 2015 and every dream had him in it and it was so real and I literally woke up very upset and quite bothered by them.

Only bad side really

Yes, MK-677 is commonly used in cycles...
Most people run MK-677 for extended periods of time, including on cycle and off.
In case you hadn't read anything in this thread at all
 
SNS reduce will supress cortisol whilst mk raises gh and igf1 - both will support muscle retention/muscle growth depending on diet/training. Im not advocating their use, just explaining what they are intended to do
