So I have taken products with mitoburn. Mansport PR-XT to be exact. 2 bottles of it and I didn't see any results whatsoever.

Felt nothing in Glaxon Thermal.

That said, I have a few bottles of Thermo Scorch from the latest sale and will try again.

same here tried that one as well and the ghost burn too.

I'm not sure why you want to post a thread bashing an ingredient rather than the product that you chose to use, but it's not the ingredients fault that the products you've listed have half or less of the minimum daily suggested dose of MitoBurn in them.

The minimum daily dosing for MitoBurn for most people to see results is 1,000 mg. per day.

The products that you used contain 1/2 to 1/4 of that.

Man Sports PR-XT has 500 mg. of MitoBurn.
Glaxon Thermal has 500 mg. of MitoBurn.
Ghost Burn has 250 mg./500 mg. of MitoBurn.

If you want to be mad at someone over this, be mad at the companies that under-dose the ingredient, not the ingredient itself.

Hi Steve, sorry i wasnt trying to bash the ingredient itself, i did meant to ask the second part if it is because they are under dose or what. Thank you for explaining that the recommended dose is at least 1 gram.

MitoBurn is a tested and verified form of L-BAIBA.

There have been a significant number of studies conducted on L-BAIBA, primarily focusing on its role in metabolism, fat loss, exercise, and even bone health.

There were many millions of dollars in research put into L-BAIBA as an ingredient before MitoBurn was ever even available. If the results weren't positive, then that would have never happened and definitely wouldn't continue to be happening.

Has it been overhyped and unrealistic expectations placed on it? Absolutely, and coincidentally many of the brands doing the overhyping are many of the same ones doing the lower dosing.

I say all the time that when it comes to supplements, just like with different diets and different training methods, that different things work different for different people. Are there going to be people that don't respond as well to MitoBurn as others? Of course, that's going to be the case with any supplement, diet, or training regimen. But taking half the effective dose of an ingredient is like doing half of a diet or half of a training style, and expecting to get the results that people get when doing it correctly.

MitoBurn is an expensive ingredient to use in formulas, so as with many things, you will see a lot of brands use the minimum dosage that they are allowed to use in a product. It gives their product the name value of having it in there and keeps costs down to keep their margins high in order to afford their ad campaigns that sell you on the products to begin with.

But when buying products like that, that isn't a true indication of how well an ingredient works.

All of the products that you mentioned had 250 mg. to 500 mg. MitoBurn in them per full daily dose.

SNS MitoBurn XT has 500 mg. per 1 capsule, and the suggested use is 2 capsules per day - which is double to four times the dosage of the products that you're referring to.

Here's a list for example:

It's not a miracle ingredient like some brands promote it as being, but nothing is. But it's a great stimulant free fat burning ingredient with some very interesting and intriguing methods of action.

Pr-xt from Man. I took 6 caps instead of 4.

That formula always struck me as more marketing based, because its combining a fat loss ingredient with an ingredient that most people say increases appetite anyway. It checked the boxes in the sense of having ingredients people were looking for a the time it was released, but it just wasn't ingredients I would have ever formulated together in a product anyway.

Glaxon Thermal contains 500 mg. of MitoBurn.

Thermo Scorch contains 1,000 mg. of MitoBurn + Sinetrol, CaloriBurn, Capsimax, and more.

MitoBurn is so popular that many people just think of Thermo Scorch as a 'MitoBurn' product and don't even think about the significance of the other ingredients. CaloriBurn and Capsimax are both great ingredients too, and Sinetrol is very overlooked.

Sinetrol has been studied in over 300 human subjects across multiple clinical studies and shown great benefits on fat loss and promoting fat burning through increasing metabolism. And very significantly, many of these studies have been randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled designed studies.

I look forward to hearing how you like it.

Thanks, I was excited to get the Capsimax, grains of paradise, bioperine combo as well.

With Glaxon Thermal, there was already too much Choline in there, so I was limited to about 3/4 of a scoop to avoid brain fog, which presumably kept the Mitoburn dose pretty low. It’s also curiously one of the only GBB products that didn’t get me sweating whatsoever. I’m skeptical that it was even meeting its label claims.

def not a scam .. great fat burner/appetite control

try it solo at diff dosages, maybe you will react differntly .. need 1000mg or more.
if it doesn't work then .. youll know ingrident isnt for you.
but plenty here that swears by it and even stacking caps + TD too.

One of the few stim-free fat burning ingredients I actually like
When properly dosed, of course
Mitoburn XT is the best bang for your buck
