I'm not sure why you want to post a thread bashing an ingredient rather than the product that you chose to use, but it's not the ingredients fault that the products you've listed have half or less of the minimum daily suggested dose of MitoBurn in them.
The minimum daily dosing for MitoBurn for most people to see results is 1,000 mg. per day.
The products that you used contain 1/2 to 1/4 of that.
Man Sports PR-XT has 500 mg. of MitoBurn.
Glaxon Thermal has 500 mg. of MitoBurn.
Ghost Burn has 250 mg./500 mg. of MitoBurn.
If you want to be mad at someone over this, be mad at the companies that under-dose the ingredient, not the ingredient itself.
Hi Steve, sorry i wasnt trying to bash the ingredient itself, i did meant to ask the second part if it is because they are under dose or what. Thank you for explaining that the recommended dose is at least 1 gram.I'm not sure why you want to post a thread bashing an ingredient rather than the product that you chose to use, but it's not the ingredients fault that the products you've listed have half or less of the minimum daily suggested dose of MitoBurn in them.

Glaxon Thermal contains 500 mg. of MitoBurn.
Thermo Scorch contains 1,000 mg. of MitoBurn + Sinetrol, CaloriBurn, Capsimax, and more.
MitoBurn is so popular that many people just think of Thermo Scorch as a 'MitoBurn' product and don't even think about the significance of the other ingredients. CaloriBurn and Capsimax are both great ingredients too, and Sinetrol is very overlooked.
Sinetrol has been studied in over 300 human subjects across multiple clinical studies and shown great benefits on fat loss and promoting fat burning through increasing metabolism. And very significantly, many of these studies have been randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled designed studies.
I look forward to hearing how you like it.
Hi...
I've been using your MitoBurn for a few weeks... Lately, I have taken two pills (1 g) before workouts -- and I feel really gassed during the workout. I found a paper online noting that BAIBA switches muscle metabolism from carb burning quick twitch to fat burning slow twitch -- note that was the only paper I saw that mentioned that!
Has anybody else reported this?
Since I work-out in the morning, better to take my dose at night?
Also, could just be that I'm old and weak ;-)
Thanks...
Thanks for the quick reply! Most people either don't feel anything physically from MitoBurn or they feel a little bit more energy during their workout. Not in a stimulant way, just not fatiguing like they normally might when dieting.
And no, that paper doesn't sound right. That's not the way that MitoBurn works from anything I've ever seen, and I've read a ton of info about it.
When you say gassed, do you mean fatigued?
I assume that if you're dieting and training in the morning, that you're likely training fasted?
MitoBurn is considered to be an exercise mimetic and stimulates certain ‘exercise factors’ that are released from skeletal muscle in response to muscular stress, especially muscle contraction.
I've never heard anyone experience any significant reduction in exercise performance while on MitoBurn, its usually the opposite and they notice improvements. But if I were thinking of a theory, it may be that I give out a lot quicker anyway when training fasted, so if MitoBurn is mimicking exercise and me doing more, it would make sense that I would give out faster.
^^^ I actually don't, but just saying that's the only theory that comes to mind.
