Hello guys,
I have been following a high calorie, hyper-carbohydrate diet for about 3 months ... now I would like to take 2 or 4 weeks of a normocaloric diet, a mini-cutting.
And maybe I will do them in IF 16/8.
In this short period, what do you recommend to take, to help me:
- keep the muscle
- burn fat
