Oooh, part two of the clen article, nice.

Some other interesting articles as well, nice work once again.

I like that perfect set, that was a motivating read. Got me real pumped to go destroy some iron at the gym.

Any chance of ever seeing an article on DNP like the Clenbuterol articles? I have a 4mb pdf with every bit of information on DNP you could imagine should you find need of it.

Freaking Crazy. Thank God for M&M and some other web info sources. I can't even read muscle rags anymore. I still get Ironman from a 2 yr subscrip, but even that one doesn't do anything for me anymore. I mean, seriously, the info presented in these glossy bound advertisement catalogs is light years behind even the least informative forums. Sh*t is obsolete, in my book. Of course, I haven't figured out how to sit on the can and read M&M yet, so I guess there is some redemption there...

I've gotten a couple requests for something like this, I might as well take folks up on it.

Loki-
I have learned almost everything I know about clen from your articles and a number of threads. Thanks. I have a question regarding some info that seems to have emerged somewhat recently which suggests a different dosing protocol. I read it in Anabolic Review under the steroid profile for clen that it is quite possible to take clen for say 6 weeks, if you use benadryl (50-100mg/night) for weeks 3 and 6. This apparently clears the receptor downregulation prob, and allows the clen to really take effect over a more extended period ( I guess, as does ketotifen). The article also suggests that the traditional clen 2 weeks, then E/C 2 weeks, then clen 2 weeks is lss effective, because the E/C in off weeks actually DOES cause some receptor downregulation. Check out the article and let us know what you think.

My whole thing though is that I don't recommend long clen cycles, even if you do use an anti-histamine to attenuate the downregulation because a.) clen is still bad for you, and b.) anti-histamines are bad for body composition to begin with (the histamine-leptin interplay is pretty damn important). And read my article, I said one week on, then off, not two.

And the E/C receptor-downregulation thing is complicated but in general a.) it's lipolytic effects really aren't predominately beta2-mediated and b.) it's really not at all a potent-suppressor; if anything, lipolytically it gets more potent with time.

Yeh I didn't like the part about my lysosomes sniping my beta-2s. "And, just like that, beta2-mediated lipolysis is suddenly closed for business. My. How the tables have turned." - Is that permanent?

Histamine mediates SNS activity, so an anti-histamine is sort of like taking a beta antagonist.

Or an AR antagonist to increase testosterone.

"anti-histamines are bad for body composition to begin with (the histamine-leptin interplay is pretty damn important)."

Can yous guys elaborate a little on this. As a chronic allergy sufferer I am, of course, relegated to the use of anti-histamines. I guess what I would like to know is how great an effect this will have on my progress and what I can do to alleviate my allergy symptoms and maximize recomp progree? I am an endo, with(I like to say) slight meso qualities, about to embark on TP's carb cycling diet.

Thanks, Brad
