alright today took Ragnarok upon rising . (with added tyrosine)

thoughts. nice energy boost along with the sweet taste. its a great refreshing taste to wake up to.

I get tired and fall asleep a couple hours after done weight training and cardio. If someone wouldn't have woke me up i would have stayed there sleeping. could be the 20 carbs per day. This is the second time it happened.

as far as foods

Fats high quality organic that costs more than average food.(what about 3 x's more than average food, expensive stuff 5 $ for a little jar of almond butter) Organic coconut oil, organic almond butter, natural peanut butter(which is at stores), organic sesame tahi(if I can stand the taste, capping it is better),olive oil, fish oils. all this quality stuff adds up. whole eggs sometimes included in fats alright Im not going to list everything I eat its simple. just pointing out organic foods arn't a bad idea pre-contest, if you can afford them.

incline ghr 35-10 x's, 35 6x's. ham started getting tight and when this happens always stop. you don't want to tear your hamstring. when something doesn't feel right always stop. never ego-lift, if you know its not right.

35 minutes incline treadmill. Ive got decent stamina for a big guy. I love the winded high that airs out the lungs real good and breathing like a locomotive.

Oh ok,so pretty much all the time. I'd almost be paying as much getting that creatine but I get all those extra goodies with ragnarok. You're using the caffeine free version right? I thought you mentioned you're a no caffeine guy in another thread.

Planet,No. I ve been using caffeine for the past three months. low does and working my way up. this is about the highest I'll go which is around 200 mgs.

alright Today I took it with the first meal. Energy was nice. I like the energy it gives me. a bit different than just strait caffiene or before this I was taking scivations dialene4 and I took two caps and was jolted. i don't know maybe I just wasn't used to the caffeine. maybe not. after i take an off day I'll take a different caffeine product and see if I notice a different energy feeling. Maybe I'm totally wrong and its my tolerance level and Im used to it now.

sodium: low I think im just going to add a bit more sodium in like 2-5 grams maybe start counting or maybe just not lowering it. when your taking in 4-5 liters like I am currently probally 2-3 grams per day is finet o balance it out.

today didn't take Ragnarok because I woke up and arm hurt incredibly painful. I overused it and know next time not to do what I did.

tried to do biceps today started warming up with 3 lbs and too much pain. so biceps are skipped

did 50 minutes cardio nice pace

I'm taking tomorrow off if plans don't change. if not Ill be in the gym.

Alright this log is over. if you want to follow the rest of my progress leading into the competition it's in my signature. I hurt my arm and can't use it for a while so maybe I can do hack squat shrugs, quads, hammies,calves and neck. I had A.R.T. done today and not advised to do upper body for at least a week so that extra creatine would be going nowhere.

I did make it into the gym before they close weight is 225.5. I expect it to drop another lb by tomorrow because Im in a state of fatloss. My re feed meal or two is tomorrow, no exceptions.

my legs are a strong point and it hit my lower quads which is what I wanted. was on the road 4 hours today and it was really an off day, decided to get in there though.

Final review on the Ragnarok:

The energy:
on this stuff is awesome. compared to stacker 2's it is much friendlier and happier. you'd have to try it to know what I'm talking about

Ingredients:
r-ala is great for mitochondria , its an all in one, creatine, beta alanine, just look at the ingredients. I plan on finishing this up later when time permits. I'm just not putting it to optimal use when not working out everything. Ive checked all the ingredients before I used it because I always do that . do your research if you don't know exactly what your putting in your body. that's why i wont use a lot of products because I don't know whats in it and cant find much on it.

Taste: taste is sugary and sweet definitely refreshing! I want to try the blue razz and may when i have the money to spare for it.

I don't have one negative to say about this.It is everything it claims.

it's very sad to see that your arm is injured, but hopefully you'll push through. Your progress has been astonishing..and I wish you all the luck in your contest!

PS - mixing blue raz and warrior melon is outrageously tasty ;)
