Fat 2 grams
carbohydrate 2 grams
protein 22 grams

Flavor is Vanilla.

I just got done Junior Nationals in Chicago this weekend , placed 9th out of 10th in classic physique. My goal is to stay close to this condition year

round. As for this product helping me, hey two pounds of protein is twos lbs and Ill be using this the next week or so. I can go though whey protein fast, as I

prefer to do a shake then a meal then shake ideally.

My first initial impression is it taste a little bitter, I compared it accidently to another whey protein that have more carbs and sugar. This is more ideal for pre contest or leaning down fast and aggressive really watching those carbs . Will update again

Sweet IN!

This stuff is really good alone. It has a distinct taste im getting used to. It mixes well post workout with strawberry soda, or any flavored soda, and pudding as well. It taste fine alone as well. I get up and take two scoops as my protein source with breakfast.

MST New Zealand two minute mug cake recipe

Spray a mug with non cooking spray
add one egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons coconut flour
scoop New Zealand Vanilla protein powder
one once milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
one tablespoon sweetener

mix microwave for thirty seconds
mix
microwave 1-2 more minutes

Obviously you can use different flavors. A nice addition is a scoop of magic matcha and this makes a nice matcha mug cake. This is what I made here

Glad you are digging it, man!

Yes, digging this protein powder. Its good mixed with oatmeal and frozen blueberries. Great as a regular shake when I'm working and didn't bring food. Makes me feel good knowing i'm getting my protein in. It has a nice pure taste to it

I go through a lot of whey protein and have been using other whey as well, and mainly this. I m guessing 4-6 scoops of this per day. Its gone down fast

Post training today took in about 16 oz of root beer mixed with two scoops and it was a great root beer flavored New Zealand whey drink.

My favorite post training simple carbohydrate sources are protein pudding or flavored soda, whey whey mixed in a shaker. Release the top slowly though or it will explode.

I have little powder left . Just took two servings after an abs and cardio workout. I shadow boxed and boxed for cardio as I was listening to heavy muscle radio this week and someone mentioned boxing. As you can see I go through protein powder fast. Ill be gone within next couple days more than likely.

Ill try to post up a great ice cream recipe using this with a picture coming up, as a grand finale and summarization review

Millennium Sport Technologies did very well with New Zealand Whey protein. The ingredients are Cross Flow Microfiltration (CFM),whey protein concentrate ( from New Zealand grass fed cows), Natural Flavors, Guar gum, Stevia leaf 98%, Reb A, Sunflower Lecithin. The taste reminds me of a pure, grass fed cow taste. Zero artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners, and gluten free. One level scoop equals fat 2g, Carbs 2g, protein 22g

Here is a peanut butter Ice cream recipe

In Blender
one cup cottage cheese
one scoop whey
two tbsp peanut butter
one tbsp sweetener
1/4-1/2 cup almond milk
putting aluminum foil or plastic wrap over bowl may make it freeze better but i've done it without

blend

put in bowl in freezer for 60-90 minutes

obviously if you don't have peanut butter you can do almond butter, or whole milk instead of skin, these are just what I used

Thank you Millennium Sport Technologies

Thanks

I just ordered Nikon COOLPIX AW100 16 MP CMOS Waterproof Digital Camera with GPS and Full HD 1080p Video from amazon and hoping to catch some nice videos. My smaller wonder sound went out and a friend helped me pick this one out. I hope to record awesome videos
