milk thistle dosing?

I thought i should be nice to my licer for a change. Do som MT from nutraplanet but i dont know the right dose and when to take it. I havn't done any ph's or anything, but a lot of other stuff like powerfull, anagen, fenotest, attitude bla bla.
Going on NHA-stack monday so I thought why not give the liver some candy?

I usually take 300mg twice per day of MT extract (80%sylimarin)
