Well, that is partly true. Don't be a kiss ass, and don't be a dirt bag. Soak up all you can, stay fairly quiet, but speak up when you see something or someone that needs correcting.
While everyone else is fukkin off, be either cleaning your weapon, studying your handbook, or doing PT.
The Drills may fuk with you a bit for being high speed, but that is their job. Just say roger and drive on.
And remember, they can't smoke you forever, and it only hurts for a little while. You will only get stronger, smarter, and faster.

Drill sergeants are people just like us, and they were buck privates too.
You will see that everything is an act, like a play. You are supposed to fail at everything at first, that is how they break you down. Then you learn and succeed at stuff, that is how they 'build' you into a soldier.
I wish i could do it all over again!

Really appreciate all the tips! I got a call from an old friend of my moms she just got this big promotion and she works for ICE. Told me when I get back from basic to get a resume together and send it to her that she might be able to hook me up with a job in there. I went from nervous and anxious to super stoked now.

Do you have to eat a good amount of carbs to get AP affect. I am now very low on carbs due to cutting. Does it help with other macros?

Not really. Some report hypo sides but I've never really had any. Ill take pre bed or even before fasted cardio and I'm 100% keto and have no issues. Just looking drier faster

Excited to get this. I have mainly used the old jack3d. I heard about all the fed stuff and will miss DMAA in jack3d.

Out of the gate- first day I used OxyELITE Pro powder. At first I got alittle bit of the jittery feeling. This is my first time ever using it. But after a while the focus and energy went high and jittery feeling went away. You do sweat buckets on OxyELITE Pro.

Then post-workout - I put a sample pack of the modern BCAA and 1 pack test powder in the USPSlabs shaker- ps great and very high quality shaker. As I type this my body is taking in both....

I didnot open the tub yet..I used one of the sample OxyELITE Pro® powder pack. It said take 1 pack..and that's what I did. I am now seeing also the appetite suppression factor. I usually eat at this time..but I am not at all hungry. I am waiting with great joy for arm day...I want to try out the yok3d....I had my eye on that ..when it first came to market!!

Tip 1 -- Make sure you are COUNTING your calories to know how much you are intaking, this way you can adjust to aid your fatloss goal via online caluclators or online tracking programs.

Tip 2 - Focus on hitting your MICRONUTRIENTS first and foremost with your calories than your macronutrients. Having adequate vitamins, minerals, and fiber are far more satisfying and will aid in hunger when trying to cut weight!
