Ehh I regularly have around 600-800mg of caffeine throughout the day. The stim effect wasn't that crazy but the focus was great!

Been running ap for a bit now and cant say too much towards the pumped feeling, maybe im still too tubby
 
Man I can pop a couple AP on any random day after not taking it forever and pretty much double is size... Best gda I've ever used, og and new.

To bulk up add much as possible! Never tried AP but i love then carbs so i should look into it for my stack including prime!
