Has anyone used this?. Notice any type of benefits?

I found this on the interwebz,

Interwebz said:
MicroLactin and its concentrated milk protein claims to decrease blood pressure, reduce cholesterol, lessen inflammation, accelerate muscle recovery after exercise, and improve overall joint health. It also claims to improve range of motion and mobility, while reducing stiffness in joints.

I have gave it for a long try but to be honest did do very little and have had better luck with UC-II

It has decent human data for people with arthritis or metabolic syndrome, aka inflammatory conditions

I do have arthritis in both my knees and also irritable bowel syndrome. Do you think it's worth it to try it out?. Around 5 years ago I had an x-ray on my knees and the doctors told me that I'm "in the beginning stages of arthritis" or something to that effect. Right now I feel fine taking Cissus, however this strangely depends on the weather. In the Summer months, especially on hot humid days I get a lot of pain in my knees. When it's nice and dry out I'm fine. I just don't want to end up depending on prescription pain medication when I'm old like my parents. I've always wondered if Arthritis is hereditary.

I used to use microlactin back in the day, it worked well for me. Give it a go if you can find a decent source and have the $$$.
