not sure what bombsquad is talking about... Everything i've ever read states to pin bilaterally intramuscular into trained muscles immediately post workout. Some pple like to pin the same muscles several times throughout the week if they are trying to bring up lagging groups, so maybe thats what he was getting at
200mcg split bilaterally is a good place to start... although the stuff is dose dependent IMO. I have more experience with PEGmgf, which has a longer half-life.
Results are hard to distinguish because if you do experience hyperplasia or an increase in muscle fibers, you won't really notice until several months down the road when they mature. The only immediate results you see are some increased swelling, soreness, and glycogen retention, that tends to disappear once you stop dosing.
That being said, I do believe they have had some influence on my physique, and i'll continue to use them here and there
