Me too, the only variable was I cut a lot of sugar out of my diet and I know that would help relieve inflammation as well but I don't think two or three days of removing sugar would have made the pain go away. But I'm very serious when I say there is a massive reduction in pain in my joints and I'm praying that it's because of the methylene blue. That would be huge for me and that would be more important than any of the other benefits for me personally. I also would like to add that I'm definitely not getting the anti-anxiety antidepressant benefits at 7.5-10mg. I've been kind of sad and depressed for the last few months and it's not improving I'm good I don't want to sit here and sound like I'm crying but I was hoping to get that benefit from the methylene blue and I have not noticed it. I will add that from everything I read 15 mg was the anti-anxiety antidepressant dose.
But one more thing I'd like to add is the fact that I had been taking phenylephrine with it and it was raising my blood pressure And I've been dealing with some sinus issues and all of those things tend to give me anxiety. So maybe if those factors were not in play the 10 mg might have did something but I'm just playing guessing games here.
Seeing how the other benefits came on almost immediately I think this stuff could be good for short-term use You only got to take it for 2 or 3 days and it relieves some inflammation in your hands and puts you in a better mood that would be awesome. But at the same time there's definitely lots of effects that seem like they need to be used long-term.
On a side note I had a busy day, skipped breakfast, literally had two large coffees for lunch, And on the way to the gym I just grabbed a protein shake from a gas station And I still kicked ass in the gym today. I did a 30 minute circuit conditioning workout with all of the youth boxers which was way f****** harder than I thought it was going to be, after that I went over to the heavy bag to do a couple rounds and someone came over and asked me if I'd spar with them so I gave them three rounds of sparring, then I threw my MMA gloves on and hopped in the ring and did 2 rounds sparring MMA but no takedowns so I guess it was kind of more like light kickboxing with MMA gloves? At the end of the second round I did catch a cramp in one of my abs and I dropped straight to the ground. I had thrown a lot of kicks and I don't kick very often anymore and I don't work abs very often and I think they took a beaten, I also hit legs pretty good yesterday so that could have played a role as well, And I also was probably dehydrated since I had nothing all day but two coffees and a protein shake. But other than that little cramp it was a great workout I was there for about 2 hours
