what do you mean "cycle down"? you mean ramp down the dosage, if thats what you mean then no, its not necessary to ramp down the last week of the cycle. hope that helps
ramping down, or 'tapering,' was a common practice back in the day, before the pct's of todays juiceheads became perfected and popular practice. its a bit outdated to say the least, and especially ineffective with orals, methyls especially.
