Methyl E doses?

Wondering what are the most efficient doses for Methyl E. Going to be doing a cycle in 2 months or so this is my second cycle. My first was H-Drol 2 months ago. Thanks.
 
If your talking about Methyl E by EST, I'm pretty sure thats an epistance clone ( please correct me if I'm wrong ). For the first day, I would start an 10mgs to introduce Epi into your system. Then, for the second day, bump it to 20. The following weeks should look something like 30/40/40, good luck bro.
