which is better for adding lbm and or bulking..methyl 1d xl or liquid masterdrol. not sure if I can afford both from gnc right now, but I thought one was geared more towards losing bf% which I dont need to do. And if I get just 1 of the 2 I would still need the formadrol? thanks.

M1-D is more for strength/bulking, as any of the masterdrol series is for strength/lean gains

If you can check out our new M1-D black ...not sure if GNC sells it yet, but you can get it on our site..

With any PH i would suggest a pct, with this Formadrol will be fine/enough
