I tried Mestebol by Celtic Labs a few months ago, and must have received a bad batch because it didn't do jack for me. Tried to contact them 6 times for a refund with no response. Anyway, I decided to give it one more shot and WOW! I started at 6 caps/day (3 morning 3 afternoon), and after a couple days noticed it was too much (lethargy, blood pressure felt high, irritable). I began taking 1 cap in the morning and 1 in the afternoon and feel amazing! This is in combination with my regular TRT dose of 50mg test cyp twice a week.

What I was wondering, would it be ok to take 1-2 caps per day of Mestebol for months and months at a time for libido and mood enhancement purposes? I think it's keeping my e2 in check, and DHT in optimal range, which is what I want. Loving the libido and confidence boost! Is Mestebol going to destroy my liver? (I rarely drink). If I could add it to my TRT regimen, that would be GREAT! I'm very sensitive to e2 spikes, and Mestebol keeps my irritability and anxiety at bay. Maybe 6 months on, a couple months off?

Mestebol isn't methylated. It's proviron with an oxime attached. You could run this indefinitely, I believe. It's just like adding proviron or masteron to your TRT. A lot of guys do that who don't handle testosterone as well due to estrogen (IE: me. stupid estrogen sensitivity...)

Awesome, it really is the best AI in my opinion! You keep e2 in check, and DHT in a high range. Unlike AI's like Anastrozole that crash e2 so easily and don't provide the DHT boost.

Could I have had such a good experience with it because I started out at 6 caps/day and quickly built it up in my system, followed by helping to maintain it with 2 caps/day? Luckily I don't get e2 sides physically, only mentally. And unreasonable anger/irritability is definitely not fun! Mestebol gives me a much more positive outlook on life, and I actually don't hate people anymore due to the irritability issue. Haha

Not to rain on the parade but it is methylated (1 methyl ) but nowhere near as toxic as 17a-methyl.

Now back to your original programming.

True, but it's definitely the 17a-methyl that dramatically increases liver toxicity. Caffeine has a methyl as well, along with a lot of other compounds that no one usually considers liver toxic.

Androgens generally cause a calming affect in men. There are at least a few studies pointing to higher androgen levels reducing anxiety as well.

I'm not sure why your results would differ! What batch is the bottle from?

I threw away the first bottle, I'll have to check the second.

I agree on the toxicity with the 17a orals and I know caffeine is methylated, I wasnt implying that just because it is methylated that its going to be liver toxic. You just said its not methylated, so I wanted to point out that it in fact is. Lol no harm no foul.

if you think androgens calm you why the hell did i suffer from noticeable anxiety whilst on a 1-andro product?

Sorry ma'am I was referring to androgens effects on men. I don't know the specific effects of androgens in females. Sorry again!
