so i just finished a tub of mesomorph and liked it very much and now i have a tub of raspberry lemonade assult sittng on my counter. my question is<how long should i wait till i start taking the assault? i was told 4-6weeks by a trainer at my gym but i dont think i can wait that long.
 
I don't believe assault has any stims so you don't need to wait between them. I didn't feel that much on assault but I had only tried the old formula.
 
assault does have stims, take a week off between them at least in order to feel Assault the energy and endurance are unmatched but it wont crack you out like the 1,3 dimethylamine in mesomorph....

you will be suprised if you use 1 scoop on workouts days... its unreal!
 
the new versus old formula has 2x the caffeine, 300mg per full scoop.... just wait for the newest version to hit this summer!!! the stims are the same but there is an ingredient that is the first ever in a preworkout formula!!!

It's entirely up to you really. You can start Assault now, or you can have a short 1-2 week break before using it.

Assault has 150mg caffeine per serving.

Pheww i didnt want to wait too long ill just take 2 weeks off n then hit it . I never felt "cracked out" with mesomorph i liked the feeling hahah

Like I said, it's rally your decision to make. It is always recommended to have time off stimulants once you've been using them for 2-3 months.

Certainly not. If you were stim sensitive, it would be, but not if you're fine with stimulants.

you can start now, but if u just came off meso, i would wait two weeks or so to see effects of assault, although i dont see any.
