No i havent. This little comm. college show will be my first, but i looked into it, i dont think it'd be worth it. Id rather just bulk hard and go into the ironman with a presence/chance.
This combo is def helping me get to where i wanna be for my lean bulk. I told some kids at the gym to that saw me "pose" for a second what i was on casue they asked. So if sales jump up...ITS CAUSE ME!! hahaha j/k

I adjusted my diet again, so now im eating 6-8 times a day, very small meals. Like just enoguh to make me feel good. I have done this for 3-4 days now and i can feel the difference.
Before i was getting 6 meals. 3 big 3 small. It was ok, but if i over eat on 1 i felt crappy and couldnt get my next one in.

Like i said Last night kind of flopped, but i def was feeling great. Tonight I wanted to hit legs but i may have to go to a school presentation, and i got some mad DOMs in my back still so maybe loading up 225+ on there isnt a good idea.
Non-the less. If i can get there, im going. Ill be taking Friday off it looks like.

Neovar/RPM = great recomp stack.
 
Yesterday - Was good.
I had an odd feeling all day, well the second have, which lead me to believe i had some bad porkchop. I noticed when i pose, even if its not "hard" like really pulling the muscles i get light headed right, not much but i can tell. Now i have no idea why...but will monitior this.
Sadly, it carried over to leg, Tri, ab day.

No new PRs today cause i had an odd feeling, after squats mainly. I know what it feels like to pass out so i really took my time and made sure i kept my heart rate down, water going in, dint push crazy hard.

I Think ill be going in later for some cardio and maybe more abs, see what happens when i get there.

Also, bought some Talapia(fish) great stuff. No crazy fishy taste, little hot sauce and it goes down easy. I think 4oz has something like 16~ g protein. I got froezen ones, and just microwaved it. They come pre-packaged individually so its really easy.

Tilapia is a convenient protein source.... i remember during the final week before my first BB show.... i broke down and had a pound of tilapia baked in the oven, and microwaved a couple whole stalks of broccoli. Just removed the snazzy little blue rubber-band and threw it in the microwave.

I was still starving afterwards. lol

Today im going in soon so i can do homework for most of the night.

Im undecided, i need to bring up my chest, shoulders and legs. So trying to figure out how im goin to split tonight. Might do legs, shoulders, bis, cardio.

sory, yesterday AM wouldnt load for me.

It was great. I felt awesome on RPM and this stack is keeping me feeling full. I been pushing the carbs a bit but not much, it seems to be paying off some. Staying "pumped/full" most of the day.

Today was great also. Back, tris, cardio.
I dont remember the order of things, i was with the girl today helper her out so i took a bit longer going from exercise to exercise, but the pump was great. I may try to take my time a bit more like this.
She took pics, they seemed crappy i only got a glance on the camera, my skin is very white, and we were rushed casue the gym was closing. I will get better ones and more once i hit my regular gym and has better lighting and the manager is my boy.

Morn cardio tomorrow, if i can get to the gym ill hit chest,calves, abs and forearms.

I like this stack. Sad to say ill be buling after this or id be trying the Drive/RPM/NEW Neovar combo....

I just noticed! Im just about done! I think i have about 2-3 more days of Neo left and only 1 of RPM.

Ill get those pics up and try ot get some better ones by mid next week, hopefully i can catch some sun by then too.

Im not shaved, not tanned, not pumped really at all. This was a tri/back/cardio day. The poses are off casue we were rushed, alos why theres only 3.

The shots arent flattering and i dint wantr to post them but i said i would.
I have to bring up some things still for sure, shoulder, chest, calfs are progressing well.
Once i get a decent tan and have more time, im goin to post good ones. They wont be pretty though as now i am bulking.
