Yesterday - Was good.
I had an odd feeling all day, well the second have, which lead me to believe i had some bad porkchop. I noticed when i pose, even if its not "hard" like really pulling the muscles i get light headed right, not much but i can tell. Now i have no idea why...but will monitior this.
Sadly, it carried over to leg, Tri, ab day.

No new PRs today cause i had an odd feeling, after squats mainly. I know what it feels like to pass out so i really took my time and made sure i kept my heart rate down, water going in, dint push crazy hard.
I Think ill be going in later for some cardio and maybe more abs, see what happens when i get there.
Also, bought some Talapia(fish) great stuff. No crazy fishy taste, little hot sauce and it goes down easy. I think 4oz has something like 16~ g protein. I got froezen ones, and just microwaved it. They come pre-packaged individually so its really easy.
