Ok man.... I am fully confident you can adjust this dosing as needed once you get going and assess how it feels. Everyone's dosing/schedule varies a bit.... as I fully expect the end result optimal dosing for everyone to be different.

RPM: 2 doses of RPM/day- 1 partial dose, 1 full dose pre-workout
Neovar: 3 doses Neovar/day (2 partial doses, 1 full dose)- 2 partial doses will coincide with RPM dosing on an empty stomach.

The idea is to utilize low dosed Neovar with a morning RPM dose and along with your pre-workout RPM on an empty stomach. In addition to this, you will use full dose Neovar post-workout before your recovery meal. Start your pre-workout empty stomach dosing of Neovar at 2 caps, and adjust upward if it feels ok. We don't want you to start too high and risk hypoglycemic effects during a strenuous workout.

I did start today and due to being unsure dosing i did 3 of both before breakfast...it will follow as this form here out....

2 RPM/2 Neovar morn.
mid/late day/PreWO - 4 RPM/2Neovar
Post WO - 4 Neovar w/ meal.

I have a feeling todayis going to be insane.
Today im back after a rough sore throat which is 80% better, just has slowed my eating some.

I took 4 days off so gettin back with these should make for some fun.

Well i know how it feels as i had them awhile ago with some Mdrol. I wasnt eating enough carbs in the AM one day at work and started feeling, shakey, cold, sweating, hard to focus. I went and grabbed a couple Natures Valley bars and ate them ended up about 55g carbs i think? i started to feel better.

I got plentyof oats round here too.

What do you think about 45-50g carbs?
 
its pretty individual, but thats a fair amount for 4 caps. if you need that much with just the 2, you are in trouble ;)
 
alright, ill keep it low with the preWO doses and up it post.
Thanks easy. My only reference was Anabolic Pump suggestion.
 
yeah, its all individual tho, so you need to play with it. I can take 6 caps, and 30g of carbs and feel decent
 
How many are you taking in per day Twitch, or, at least while on this stack?

I really have not a clue, i think around 250g or so.
Usually 4-5 cups cheerios, 1 bagel, 1 PB & J, a MR bar and maybe something else.
I still have some adjusting to do.

I also regret to inform i will not be able to get to the gym tongiht. I thought i would feel well enoguh to but my ear/throat is killing me. It hurts to swaloow, i can barley get food down.

Anyone know any ideas of what to do? It may be a small ear infection but unsure. It is on its decline though, feeling better than the past 2 days.

Best bet is always go to the doc buddy. Thats why they paid $100,000 for school :)

Yea i know what you mean. I rarely ever get sick. ITs wierd, my mom and sis are sick nearly year round but not me. I get little things, cold for 3 days, sore throat very basic stuff. Allergies get me the most but i am used to them now.

I guess being a kid and eating all those skittles i found on the ground helped my body build up a good immune system... :)

and of course a good diet and healthy living. :stick:

Ill prolly try to hit the Dr. wednesday if its not better by then, but im thinking byt tomorrow ill be good to go to the gym by 8pm as planned.

One more thing. I will not dose tonight again, i will tomorrow afternoon and postWO for the fact that if im not feeling great why waste dosing?

well im feeling a good deal better today, so i will be at the gym tonight and back on track. Dosing will start with my PreWO on empty stomach and continue from there.
 
I took it one morn. I notcied i wasnt trying to get any coffee or energy drink down.

I liked it, good energy long term but i was only at 2 caps. Full dose is preWO, 5. Im doin 2 as my half dose to make it last a bit longer.
The morning Neovar i took went good too.
 
Was good workout.
Tough gettin' back goin after 5 days but it wasnt bad. I felt a little slugish about 35-45min after dosing, in the gym, 15min into my workout. I think it was from the Neovar. I will be doing the same dosing/timing tomorrow to see what affects it has, but will skip the Xtend and just g water. Sometimes empty stomach workouts and Xtend mess with me(stomach)

I got over the hump and continued fine.

After this mornings 1/2 dose i randomly started thinking i was the shyt, like little confidence boost. at work i usually have some anxiety. I also felt "full" muscle wise.
good energy so far today. worked 8am-5pm gym at 8:30~

I have been getting that feeling lately with the mmv2 as well. I just walk around the gym all cocky as sh1t! I love that feeling!

haha yea, i put up a saw on the shelf, wet saw for tile. Not heavy really, maybe 25~lbs. After i did i just felt liek a bull and launched 3 more up....hahaha
 
Good day. No "sick" tired feeling at all and dint change anything. IU think i just pushed a bit to hard after my little break. Im done with those little breaks now too by the way, its so frustrating to try and get back in there....

I threw shrugs in cause i forgot to yesterday and only did a few casue on leg day tomorrow ill be doing more. I like to do traps on leg day cause the 300lbs on them makes them feel small.

If you guys want weights i can post them. I will note any ne PRs or any changes in weight. Right now i feel like i could go extra reps or sets for sure. I am gettin a good pump, great focus.

I would rate everything the same as yesterday but will be goin up soon i feel.

I been going with diet of, strawberries, 1/2 bagels, cheerios, tuna, chicken, oats, MR bars.

Todaywas my cheat mealk for the week since i had a full day at work i needed to pick my spirits up. I went to a southside favorite, Nickeys for a "big baby"(double cheeseburger) and some shrimp. I did not force extra food down, no frie and had some shrimp left over. As soon as i feel full now i am stop eating.

I upped to 5 Neovar postWO tonight, just cause. Still messin' around with the carb combo but i like the half bagle and cheerios, or the apple.
Tongiht i just had a tuna wrap. 1 can ~36g protein, 25g~ carbs? With some Famous Daves Devil Spit to kick up the metabo and give some flavor. I know the sodium isnt the best aspect prolly but i need something in there.

Ill be focusing on cardio tomorrow and not sure what else ill mix in, maybe just cardio.

I just had a thought, the girl wants me to helpe her at the gym....maybe ill get an action shot for you guys sometime. Some curls or deadlift. I havent dead in awhile, trying to keep the waist line slim :lol:

I was posing a bit today with my tight Russel jogging pants on...the quads had a nice sweep look.

Well cardio went good. Im def looking more lean in the mid section and still feeling strong.

EDIT: I got lazy after 5am-2pm work shift. Tomorrow im off all day so ill be there for sure.

I also decided next year, i plan to try and step on stage. I just got this sudden urge to say " ehy, if youre doing it, why not take it all the way?"
So im either going to go Kevin Noble show, Mid-Illinois which people are saying is horrid and political but great for just wanting to try out the stage and it is very novice. Also looking for others. I still have some reading of the rules do to my supp. history.

After this log is back to bulking hard. I would love to hit 210lb+ but i often flateline at 185~. See how things go, different log diffrent day.

Yeah, regardless of how it turns out, making a goal of being ready for a specific show date is nice to give you a solid timeline for your goals.

Sorry bout the lack of update. Been tryin to get things in order to do the show soon. I got one in 5 months, non-NPC unsactioned one at a local comm. college may try for.

Still report awesome workouts. Strength is up for sure. About 10-25% weight overall.
Still sittin at 175~ but staying lean. So im obviously gaining muscle with a good lite cardio regime and a solid diet. Along with the timing of the combo of Neovar and RPM.

Yesterday was a long day, the RPM had me going like crazy.

If you noticed, i dont stress over legs a great deal. I am going to starte hittin them 2 times a week as i want them to blow up for these shows and genetics help me in that department.
