yeah... I was up at 5 today doing pt, but I lift later in the day, so that's just 5 work outs a week. Mon and Wed pt, and lifting mon, wed, fri :dance:
 
Me..well I came down with food poisoning or a virus and not eating. Just got up, ate a banana and expect to be better tomorrow.Ive been shitting everything out I eat and drink. I have a job to do tomorrow traveling forty five minutes away so I better be ready or no pay, or Ill have to stop at a restroom every 10 minutes, if I can hold it that long.

anyways, as far as the show.....I haven't trained my upper body in six months and arm isn't where I want it to be. I think I might get a cortisone shot from my elbow specialist next time I go to see him. Measured my upper legs the other day and they were at 29.5.(might as well say 30s) Who cares though Im just bragging....

dude tore **** up. my apartment and school are gone. Boats all over ther place land wise ect...

ya the hurricane hit us fu*king hard. i've got power back in my subdivision....few have it at this point. ive put in 2 13 hour days in a row at work and have to do it again tomorow...we are the only store to have perishable goods so far so we are non stop packed. yay me for making manager right before this -.-
no damage to my house but school is cancelled for 1-2 weeks so far....the high schools are closed indefinately.....lots of damage there.

btw Tex lucked out on what his school is doing....ask him about it.

be jealous all you want it absolutely sucks. its cool getting relocated to College station, but i loved galveston. All my school stuff is their, plus my rent money and stuff i had just payed. so its all hell. they are giving us a week to get up there and find housing so its hell man.

So I got my bf% done yesterday at the gym and did the math, and it turns out that in the last 4 weeks I gained 5 pounds of muscle!!!!!! HELLZ YEA! Only 3 pounds of fat too!

I'm hoping to get another 10 by Feb 1st, its gonna be reallly tough though with my new schedule.

Nice Ive been eating "normal" not counting calories in till I start dieting next week. and If I can't train my left side I'm training my right side. Ive heard if you train your right side(or left) the other side will respond. anyone ever heard this? that ll give me 16-17 weeks to prep for this show.
 
i been eating decent. As much as i can moderatly clean. Oddly enough, my shitty food days are my off ones coming up. I like to get extra cals for recovery and take away any fatigue.
Just been lifting hard and often. hit 315 sqauat for 3 but had more in me.
Benched 225 for 6/7 and then 245 for 3.
def cant wait

i got a job at a fine dining restaurant so i might be using the juicy juice as its hard to get good food in.. except grinded oat/whey shakes but u guys might still beat me..

Yep, in a recent interview Branch Warren said that this is what he is doing due to his torn tricep. He also did it a while back due to another injury, said it DID work. It won't grow obviously because the muscles aren't being worked, but it will prevent the other side from getting smaller and a lot weaker like it normally would.
 
haha I doubt that bro. Your going to have an easier time with conditioning than most with this show bc your already cut.then, again we have 16- 17 weeks, still though you have a conditioning advantage.

let me just say my abs arent looking that way anymore haha. and my muscles are starting to diminish because everything is closed here and i am injured so i cant do physical ativity other than my thumbs aka xbox live

do what you can! That's what I'm doing. Just a lil bragging I could blurly see my top 4 the other day. Now right now though Ive been eating pizza, ice cream , turkey wraps, and I start Monday on the contest preparation. Actually im eating lesss calories and enjoying it. i hate stuffing my face with food but I know thats what it takes. Luckily contest prep is a bit easier than normal for myself, as far as cramming food in.

im still decididing on when to start cutting. im thinking two or three months out. so about 8-12 weeks. I have never even used a fat burner before so im interested to see how much using one consistantly will help me burn.
 
geez...16 weeks? yikes. I better start cleaning up. Im glad im doing the online show but def wont look my bestfor it considering i have the real deal april 4th. So youll get me lean but not quite perfect.

What about Rpm bro? With good diet that stuff will cut you up fast while maintaining strength.
 
I'll be using the Palumbo diet and starting 12 weeks out :head: My bf% is about 13-14% right now. Gotta enjoy bulking for the rest of this month and all of next month! Come thanksgiving and xmas time, you can be damn sure i'm going to eat my mass amounts of turkey, mashed potatoes, etc though!

yeah i saw this. tony freeman used to to get in awesome conditioning and He's going to look good for the O. i don't think I need to go zero carbs, maybe when i get older if my body changes.and that may just be a myth. i don't know fact about getting older , each body is different. Not now though.Im giving myself plenty of time to learn this contest prep diet, starting monday. therefore if Im not getting as lean i can cut more carbs down. I honestly don't know If I have to, knowing how my body responds some already from dieting, mainly in 06.

that's the main thing learn how your body responds.
 
when i cut. I dont think i will be running zero carbs. it will be very hard if i do. I havent really looked into a solid cut diet yet
