I got my ment in from UPS today for alpha testing thank you IBE.
A little about myself I am 55 in decent shape. 6'2" tall 223# at 16% BF.
I lift 3 days a week and cardio 2 days.
My representation of ment might be out of the ordinary than most lifters but my gains will come slower cause it is easy for me to overtrain cause I don't snap back as fast as I used to.
So my gains will be amplified on a younger lifter.
I will try to get a starting picture and an ending picture
 
should be interesting. I've heard people talk about ment from the past but it hasn't been around for a while
 
I have noticed a better sleep and a better bowel movement this morning. Meals the same as any other day. Cardio day today.
I have a recumbent trike I will ride about an hour if it doesn't rain
 
I'll be following along as well. I hear Ment should be a really good wet bulk.

In as well I remember reading a blog by PA almost a year ago about MENT. Very interested in this one...
 
didn't you just use the Taurus progestin?
 
just want to make sure everyone remembers this is MENA (methyl nor androstenedione), a precursor to MENT (methyl nor testosterone).

but any how, im sure you are going to love it. wish i had ran it at 50mg e/d.
 
I upped the dose a little. 1 dropper in the morning, 2 droppers 30 minutes preworkout, 1 later.
It is insane. Focus and intensity during workout has increased a lot. The pumps last all day.
Libido up.

One day my agression was up, but it was just me
weight is about the same as when I started
I do not feel bloated at all but am using an AI with it. I do look and feel harder
strength is up a little
recovery between sets is faster as well as recovery after workout. I tend to overtrain due to my age, not a problem at all now

What AI ware you using? You may have said, but I must have missed it.
 
Something odd and cool about ment, not totally confirmed yet.
My BP usually runs about 138/81 which is not bad at all.
With ment it is 126/73. Not totally confirmed if it is the ment so don't get excited
 
Great workout.
I got 1 negative about ment.
My left ankle is swelling. Not sore at all. Even with the AI it is swelling. I think my AI is bunk.

did u run too much? did u hurt it somehow?
 
It is not sore at all. I may have hurt it, Time will tell.
I like using ment very much and will not let this stop me.
I am getting noticable more muscular and harder
 
OK sorry I haven't kept up with logs but have kept up with ment.
The swelling in my ankle was from riding my bicycle, a shot of anti inflammatory and all is well.
OK cardio is way up, BF is way down, lean weight is up about 8#.
Official bf and weight count later.

I have been following the whole time. I like your style of log and I usually stay away from logs. They usually get too detailed with every single exercise posted and every single thing the person eats. I stay away from logs like that because I don't like wasting my time. Yours is simple and too the point. People should take a hint from your log. Good stuff dirt warrior.

Yup. Same here. I sub around 20 logs so I don't always have a chance to respond.
Looking forward to your blood results.
I'm sure you covered this before but what Is your pct? And what AI did you add on cycle?

Its not going to be accurate anyhow... He ran 4 weeks m1p and now this its def going to show elevated values.... Regardless of what it could show solo.
 
I got about a week of this left. The AI I used was exemestane @ 12.5 mg eod, I really did not need it cause the swelling in ankle was from an old injury I aggravated by riding my bicycle, (different AI are still nice to have around though)
PCT I haven't decided yet but I have everything I need.
