Mega dosing Powerfull?

Has anyone megadosed Powerfull?
What was the effect?

Is it ok to do so?

Lots of guys have mega-dosed 1-Carboxy, half of Powerfull, for amazing sleep benefits. I'm not too familiar with mega-dosing PowerFULL unfortunately, but I'm sure it's been done.

As I understand it, dosing more than 3 caps at once provides no additional benefits.

In say that, perhaps adding an additional dose may be okay?

Personally the 5 caps (3 + 2) 5 days a week works well for me - if I've been dosing for a while, I will up the night-time dose to 3 caps.
