Measuring bulk powders.

I ordered Chocamine and sulbutamine powder

how the hell do I measure these out to dose?
I have a food scale but no way to measure 100mg at a time.

smallest scoop I have is 1/8 teaspoon

Bingo. NutraPlanet used to carry some, but last I checked the were out of stock forever. Lol
 
any other options until then? starting to lower stims tuesday when my package arrives from nutra and need ideas.

anyone know how m,any mgs in 1/8 tsp of each?
 
All i know is if it dont come with a scooper im not bothering.Every night im always getting all my pills together,powders of this and that in baggies.

yeah im lazy

Cheap scale. Even some jewerly scales would work perfect for it.

It doesn't work that way.. Powders have different consistency and density...

Though a baseline 1/8 tsp of sodium is roughly 250-300mg.

Just go get a scale, you can find them at pharmacies usually even. Be safe and smart about it.

Find a cheap jewelery scale. They work perfectly for measuring things down to 1mg or 10mgs depending on the scale.
 
Both those ingredients are dosed highly enough that you can use your 1/8 tsp and basic density conversions, which is what I do.

And good luck with that sulbutiamine powder LOL
 
ah coop lol always leaving me guessing....whats wrong with sulbutamine?

chocamine is dosed at 300mg so i guess 1/8tsp works,

sulbutamine is 500mg so i guess 1/4 teaspoon

yes consistency and densitry differ, i have yet to see anything fluffier and less dense than leucine....

Sulbutiamine tastes like hell.

Do you know the half-life of sulbutiamine? I've read around 5 hours. And, what is the upper limit (1.2g)? I'm not feeling much at 600mg.
