Meal question??

Trying to cut and I'm wondering the best or your favorite pre and post-workout meals? eggs, oatmeal???? other suggestions please
 
I'm not really counting macros, just "watching what i eat" im usually on grilled chicken and salads , fish everyday so far cut 30 pounds just looking for a good pre and post workout meal if i have no time for cooking sometimes if that makes sense
How many calories are you eating per day? Macros?

I'd hate for us to suggest something that doesn't fit.
 
You could also do the overnight oats. Just mix some oatmeal and Greek yogurt, toss in some berries!
 
So many variables to what you are asking. Carbs alone not best as you will need some protein. Fats are also great for energy and cals but a fat heavy meal can digest really slow. A plain bagel with coconut oil spread on it and 1c liquid egg whites with 20-25g whey about 1hr prior should digest well and give good energy.
