I really am a pretty basic guy when it comes to meal prep.
Easier to stay on track, its not as expensive as eating out, and most of all if you know how to season your food it tastes great.
Plus I can put hot sauce on everything :)

Does not take long at all to be honest

Rice cooker - rice
Potatoes you boil on stove
Cook chicken , turkey and beef in bulk
Measure or what you need on scale, throw in some veggies = Done

I carb cycling. Higher fat non-workout (almost all trace) and higher fat (90g)
Moderate Protein/Moderate Carb(around 300g) and lower fat (50g) on Workout days.

about 23 pounds up from stage weight 4 months ago and still holding striations and seperation. Very happy with progress right now in the offseason.
23 pounds in 4 months from stage weight is great.. means you haven't gained much fat at all, and mostly lean muscle!
