Im starting my Mdrol cycle on the 28th and wana make sure I have everything in check and make sure Im not missing anything. Heres what my cycle looks like:
Pre Load (started on the 14th)
Cycle Support
Orange TRIad
Fish Oil (3g ED)
Vitamin C
On Cycle (starts the 28th)
Mdrol (10,20,20)
--I will take the mdrol with flax seed oil, fish oil, and some peanut butter
Cycle Support
Orange TRIad
Fish Oil (6g ED)
Vitamin C
PCT (starts Jan 18th)
Toremifene (75,50,50,25)
--I will take the Torem ED before bed as estrogen is highest while you sleep
Cycle Support
Orange TRIad
Fish Oil (6g ED)
Vitamin C
-I also have taurine for back pumps
I have my diet already to go also..Im going to get about 4000 to 4500 calories a day.
My training schedual will look somthing like this:
Monday-Chest
Tuesday-Back
Wednesday-Shoulders
Thursday-Arms
Friday-Off
Saturday-Legs
Sunday-Off
