I like a little wider than shoulder width toes outward a little, I tried narrow with toes straight forward and was like 10x harder for me to keep my balance and i always felt a weird feeling in my hip. Some guys in my gym preach that close stance "light weight" will be the best but initially when i started squatting heavy with a little wider stance i saw results. Take gym advice with a grain of salt, some of these guys who give me "advice" are on cycles which they never say. It's starting to piss me off that they give advice but yet their on anavar/test etc. (People tell me who are friends with them)i have and wide, idk. just didnt like the feel of them i guess.
**I wasn't referring to you in any way as well, just a little rant about some guys in my gym**
