What % of Laurie acid should we look for in the MCT oil?

It depends...are you looking for overall health benefits or strictly energy? Lauric acid has nice immune benefits, but it's the longest of the "medium" chain triglycerides at 12-carbons and is thus the slowest and least efficient at creating ketone bodies.

If you want pure energy, I'd look for a product with a low or non-existent amount of Lauric acid and focus more on Capric and Caprylic acid.

The lauric acid is 50% of the total amount of fatty acids in most coconut oil.

Cool! Do you feel that your getting energy from it also or is it more a fat burner for you?

A good quality one should be able to give both these effects in some way
