I've been reading and researching and reading...
but I am just frusterated with all of the "information" out there.
Over the last two years I've gone from knowing nothing about nutrition and exercise to become a new way of living. And with that has become a thirst for knowledge, but it seems like everyone says something different. For example reading articles on training...some guys overload with 12 sets for each muscle group..while guys like Jason Ferruggia say
do no more than 12-15 sets a work out, period.
So far I love Usplabs...I love anabolic pump, powerfull, and recreate and I'm waiting for Prime in the mail...
but I'm tired of spending money and hours eating right, eating often, lifting....and seeing small minimal gains.
Maybe its impatience, and the obvious fact that maybe i'm not lifting heavy enough to ignite the muscles to grow, or not eating enough carbs (which i guarantee i am)
I guess where i'm trying to get to is...has anyone else just felt frusterated at any time with this lifestyle
