I am drawing a line in the sand on this one. One side is <200 lbs. The other is >200 lbs. I am gonna be crossing that line to the other side here in a few weeks. Mark my words.

I can relate, having a BF% of 10 is my goal...its good to know you have plenty of motivation, so DO WORK
 
So I just found a good deal on some Furaguno (Orastan-A)... bought 2 bottles.

I know Hdrol stacks well with Orastan-A... they were pretty much designed for synergy... what do you guys think about some Pplex and Orastan-A? Is Orastan dry enough to compliment the Pplex well? Or should I just save the Orastan for 2 separate Hdrol stacks?

Yep. if you guys remember my "after" pics from the epistane run, I am about the same weight, maybe a pound or two heavier, maybe 1/2 - 1% higher BF as I have been eating a ton since the beginning of the summer.

BTW, my avi is me after my AP/Recreate/Napalm cut... at 181 lbs.. I weigh 194 now. I should put my after pic from my epi as my avi... I have just been lazy.

I will be posting the "before" pics this week, mid week.

I have some Body Ammo DHEA. They are 50mg tabs, so... no 25mg dose for me. Not sure if I am going to run it during my PCT... not sure if I think that's a good idea.

Hel yeah!! Your body is already prepping for the M-Drol. Your body is saying, "Come on. I'm gonna start gaining without you if you don't hurry up!!" You're gonna have so much fun with this cycle. Eat, lift, and be merry!! :head:

You've probably posted this, but that would require searching and reading. What is your cardio regime like? I've been losing fat without cardio or any fat burner and I think it might be time to add both now to really spice things up :)

It's all good. I haven't posted my cardio routine on this thread yet.

So, for my cardio when cutting (I will not be using this plan on Mdrol, trust me) I follow this program:

MON: LIFT, 30 minutes HIIT on bike
TUES: LIFT. 45 minutes SSCV on treadmill or eliptical
WED: Break/ABS, 30 minutes HIIT on bike
THURS: LIFT, 45 minutes SSCV on treadmill or eliptical
FRI: LIFT, 30 minutes HIIT on bike
SAT: BREAK/ABS, Run 6 miles
SUN: OFF

I used AP, Recreate, and Napalm on my last cutting cycle. I dropped to about 8%BF.
 
Are you planning on stacking the 1-T with the M-Drol? I know you bought it and mentioned looking forward to taking it, but I wasn't sure if it was going to come into play this cycle. Your workout schedule is intense and paying off great.

No I am not. Mdrol is gonna be solo on this one. Plus the 1-T doesn't even ship till next week... so not gonna be ready for me.

I think I am gonna run Hdrol/Orastan-A/1-T.

That should be gnarly.
 
So my last two workouts were entire upper and lower body workouts, in actually reverse order. I worked my lower body out on Monday, and hit my entire upper body yesterday. I got a really good pump from mixing up the exercises, and now I am taking 2 days off before the Mdrol begins on Friday... that's right! Less than 48 hours till D-day biatches!

So here is about where I am sitting as for lifts for reps and maxes.

Squat - 225 for reps, about 275 for max... goal is eventually 315.
Dead - 315 for reps, about 405 for max... goal is 495.
Bench - 205-225 for reps (depends on my day), 275 max... goal 300.
Military - 165 for reps, 205 max... goal is to rep 185.
DB Bench - 95 for reps, 110 max (never tried higher)... goal is 120.
Pull Up - 20 max BW, goal is 30 or 10 with a plate.
BB row - 185 max for reps, 225 max... goal is 250
Upright Row - 135 for reps... not sure of max, not sure of goal.
Curl - 105 for reps, 135 max... goal is 135 for reps.
Skull Crusher - 100ish for reps, 120 max, 120 for reps is goal.

Lets do some work and make some progress! :head:

Gnarly indeed. Fer shure!! I wouldn't mind running a stack like that myself. Is the 1-T hormonal even? I was wondering if it would make a good PCT type of test booster. I need to read the write-up on it again. :study::icon_lol:

TG, I think the 1-T would be suppressive and not recommended in a PCT.

Gotcha!! I thought it was hormonal. I re-read the write up on it at their website. Still sounds like good stuff. I may have to include it on an Epi run in the spring or sometime! I've got SO much stuff lined up to run. It's thrilling!! :woohoo:

Dude, I swear, superset your pull ups with BB rows. It's my staple...

Oh yea, and deadlifts. Do your deadlifts.
 
T minus 23 hours for yours truly. I am gonna set my alarm so that I wake up early enough that you don't get anabolic before me. ;)

what size board you ride?

It really depends on what the surf is like. I surfed longboards in NSSA from jr high through highschool. If its too big to lonngboard or just firing, I'll ride a 6'6" or a 7'6" if it's hyuge... I am usually to lazy to paddle those things though. My main ride is a 9'4" Walden Magic Model III.
