I'm partial to #82, #15, #10, and #4. But how the heck did Miley get #1? And where is Christina Ricci?
 
This year's list makes no sense to me. Sofia Vergara at #49? Natalie Portman off the list? Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, and Rihanna #1-3? I don't want to live on this planet anymore.
