Day 22 Morning weight was 206.8
Workout after having a big carb lunch was much better for shoulders.
I have to say that I would highly recommend this stack with someone on a moderate carb diet.

While effect at maintaining strength and increase in certain muscle groups, I feel the effects are much more noticable while consuming carbs.

Anyways, back to no carbs today!

Sorry for the delay. I had a death in the immediate family which has been occupying a lot of time.

My weight suprisingly has been as low as 203 and upwards of 206 most the time. I have been to the gym 3x over the passed 6 days. I have been taking in a low amount of carbs due to being unable to stick to my diet, especially while out of town.

As stated above, I feel that there is a big difference while taking carbs and utilizing the stack. I feel good lifting while on it and doing CKD and can say it gives me the energy I need when running low, but, while on carbs, I feel great and push a lot more.

A few days left and sadly over....but will take full advantage. I belive I missed two days while out of town taking the Blue Gene (but still took the blue up) so I will be able to log two days further.

Will be heading back into the gym tomorrow.
 
Sorry to hear you had family pass away bro! Hope all is well! Glad to have you back with us, i was starting to wonder where u went!
 
Yesterday
Morning weight 204.6
Decent arm workout. Libido is still very high. Biggest thing I have noticed, along with endurance (able to go between sets a lot quicker without feeling fatigued).

And blue gene definitely does take about 10 - 15 min of lifting to kick in. Maybe something to do with it working with increased blood flow?

I wish I would have taken a before bicep picture. I have noticed some change there above all. I actually can see more of it when I flex and it looks more pronounced.

Today
Morning weight 203.8
Tonight is chest.
I have been cutting back on legs due to the amount i have been doing on the ARC machine. My legs were getting pretty sore on a daily basis.
 
Last night was chest and triceps.
Weight was down on chest for some reason but I did a lot more reps than usual.
Maxed at 90 x 10 flat and 225 x 8 for incline.

Triceps maintained strength and I pounded out a good 4 exercises on them.

Did the arc machine for 25 min, 440 cals

Today
Morning weight is 204.0
 
Yesterday I did back and biceps. Again I can see that I have more endurace for sure....it kicked in quite noticably the 2nd week and has held up. Less rest time between sets and ease to work a muscle group without fatigue too quickly.

Morning weight today was 202.6
I have two days left of Blue Gene which I am going to save till workout days, which will be either today and Sunday or Sunday and Monday.
 
going to attempt to upload again tonight and do the write up when i get home from the gym. For some reason, i couldn't get my pics to load on pb.
Anyways. Weight as of last day was around 200.8. By Friday it was 200 flat and of course, today, after carb up, is back around 203.8.
total loss of pounds was exactly 10 over 30 days.

Guys sorry for the long delay. I am not gonna get into details but I do have to apologize for things. I have an immediate family member in jail and another in the hospital. Been slacking at work as well.

I will update with a final write up. Again, I am sorry for the delay. I truley apologize to all.
