thanks man. I like these much better then flat. Flat bench hurts my shoulder when I go past 245. I can rep 225 easy but if I add any more weight its uncomfortable IDK bad teqnique maybe. Ill probably try to hit 315 decline next week tho

Fuk it bro. I'm goin keto for the first time and I've been busy as hell lately. Always tired. I know its gonna affect me during the transition period and I'm pretty sure ill drop a good 5 pounds pretty quick. It was suggested that I take mct's while transitioning so hopefully that helps. I'm almost done with my IGF so I won't need a shyt ton of carbs anymore, besides my high carb intake is throwing my blood glucose all over the place. I'm just going to try it and if I like it I'll keep it for a while
 
I know there are guys who do well on long runs of Keto but IMO it's best done in 14-21 days this gives you quick fat loss results then boom back to carb cycling (which IMO is king for fat loss and muscle preservation), then back to a Keto run when you feel it necessary. I'm interested to see how Keto treats you. The most I go is 14 days, any longer I have no energy, strength goes down look flat etc. keep us posted bro.

Im at 75 tren 250 furazan so 5 tabs a day. I have more tren and furazan seperate from this xcel tren fx I may add in i have plenty of raw tvar powder and a bottle of katanadrolv2 sitting around. so I will probaly go up to 90/300 at some point. But i feel invincible right now and am leaning out like crazy so until unless I have to ill keep it here

I feel awesome. Feel strong as a mofo in the gym. Zero to no sides aside from mild back pumps from stiff leg deadlifts. I am really surprised at my strength increases being on such a defecit. Even my "high" day is only like 3400 cals total. Major recomp changes, really leaning out with not much of a change on the scale. depending on how the next week or so goes I may grab another bottle and run this an extra 2 weeks. Another interesting effect is my cardio, my cardio endurance is really good right now I dont get winded or tired at all granted Im not doind too much yet but theres been a noticeable increase

Today was leg emphasis but full body workout didnt go to failure on any excersize kept all reps over 10 was great the full body pump should have taken some pictures.

Ya man it seemed quick but man I had an awesome time. Great recomp the before and after pics are awesome LOL Ill post shortly. I got fat over the holidays and with a 6 weeker of XCEL and proper diet I had some crazy results.

1st experience with clomid Ive run Nolva in the past so I will update on how its effecting me
