Yeah, I've used less weight than I had initially thought I would on a lot of the exercises. Some of it is very humbling. This is the first time my main focus isn't strength as well.

That's a fun one. I'm a big fan of the stretchers.

Theres a lot of variations for back excersizes Im excited go get going on this and see some new growth.
 
I love training back now, I've dropped the weight on a lot of exercises and it seems to be treating me well with this training

Yea bud the destroyer is just that, my last one took about 10 mins I think. I use a 3-5 sec rest a few times to get to the target reps, I don't think it's how meadows wants them done but its working for me. I know on the first heavy set I get to 20 reps and say ****, I still have 40 more. I get some serious stares like I'm doing something wrong but it's the best exercise I've done lately.

XCEL is awesome. I love their stuff. As far as price goes these are mostly multiple compound stacks. 1 bottle = 1 4 week cycle so think of it that way. Plus with Carbopol you can take smaller doses and still get the results of higher doses without the sides from the high dose. XCEL and AAR for me are king for PHs.

I do those but I do them standing so I can hit the side delt. Usually heavy and at the end of my session tho.

hey I see you hit the million reps, they should give you a prize for that. EBF makes some good stuff Ill be using recompadrol and aav2 throughout my prep

Haha I had no idea. I'm on my phone most of the time, so I never know where it's at. I'd like to thank you for making it possible.

I've sadly never used any of the EBF line, but have heard plenty of good feedback. Recompadrol is high up on my list of supps to try.

thanks man. I like these much better then flat. Flat bench hurts my shoulder when I go past 245. I can rep 225 easy but if I add any more weight its uncomfortable IDK bad teqnique maybe. Ill probably try to hit 315 decline next week tho
