Just the basic John Meadows preWO nutrition protocol. Not that I think it's that important as I'm not a physique competitor or anything, but it's a perfect formula if you find yourself where you need to eat right before you train but, like most, you don't like to train right after a big meal.

1/4 cup dry cream of rice microwaved in more water than you think you need, stirring every 45 sec. When it gets to the consistency you like, one tbsp of pb stirred in while it's hot so it melts easy. Stir in 1.5 scoops SELECT, maybe add a touch more water if needed. ~50cho, 45pro, & 10 fat and most importantly won't drag you down. I can train 40 min after that no prob.

Drinking 1.5 scoop ISO-100 and an Aldi cliffbar also fits the same niche perfectly for me, but the PB Oreo bowl will warm you up and tastes great.
 
I've used COW a lot but rice cooked in clumps for me s lot more often

The trick w cream of rice is to stir every 30-45 sec. It's the most tedious microwave food I've ever had but it's really only a few minutes and you've got a smooth gooey guilt-free meal
 
Man - I feel ****ing fantastic - killed a workout with like 3 people tonight - listened to Hyde and kept the volume high and stayed away from going too heavy.

Barbell Curl 40x12x3 Super Set w/ Smith Machine Curls 40x12x3

Finally - Side Laterals with Pinky upward 17.5x12x5

Workout was killer - I'm sore all over - currently replenishing my body with 1/3 of an apple pie and a double scoop vanilla shake...gains incoming!

Been feeling some great motivation and killing my last few workouts - everyone is commenting on my size and how much I'm blowing up at the moment. Hard work is paying off.
 
Dear god. Another insane workout today. I hit shoulders with my buddy who competes in bodybuilding. Here's the workout.

Standing BB press
Drop set from 105->45, 4 sets, 10 reps each time with 20lb drops.

After we did seated side laterals - 10,12.5, and 15LB Dumbbells, then worked down. 10 reps each, for 3 sets.

Then did a superset of upright rows (40lbs) and shrugs (180lbs) for 12 reps, 3 sets.

Feeling trashed now. There's literally no position I can put myself in where my delts just don't feel absolutely mangled.
 
Time for breakfast!!

I made Vanilla bacon protein pancakes - with a peanut butter, honey, and bacon sauce!!

Getting that winter bulk in full swing! We had Bavarian-filled donuts and eggs and coffee this morning. We sleep in late and I train earlier on Sundays so we usually do a heavy bfast too

Haha yeah - :) always try's to seize the moment when the Ms. Is home on the weekends and not working. I planned on training but my stomach has felt like absolute death lately. Sounds like you had a delicious breakfast too :) gotta love Sunday's for a nice breakfast and training session.

Not too crazy of a workout - but still very effective - I've stopped going down into super low reps and can definitely feel it and its allowing me to get the much needed volume I've been after - still sore as a mofo since I've been busting my ass like mad lately. Chest hasn't stopped being sore for at least 5 days now but I keep giving it little bits of stimulation. Deadlifts felt nice and strong as well - I think this sickness I was having is subsiding - it was really rough - my stomach felt really in pain whenever I would go a while without eating and it seems to be getting better bit by bit. Will be nice once my courses are done, picked for next semester, dad is home and im back to 100% health.

Yah I thought it would be nice for that. Plus I can track how many calories I'm burning during my workouts which I thought would be super beneficial when I go to cut again. And the sleep tracking. Is nice as well. The perfect excuse to go back to bed after a few good days of training lol!

Did you do the pushpress w just the bar to crank your heart rate up I'm guessing?

Haha pretty much - I knew I didn't have long to workout and I figured I could kind of superset it with a squat set and get a little shoulder loving in.

Weight was at 172 this morning. Finally dropping a bit from the crazy weekend peak of 175. Still feeling a little bloated but that should go away. I was roughly 164 when I started - so a total gain of about 8lbs so far. Obviously alongside some fat gains.

Side effects thus far

Strength, libido, mass - all doing great in this department. Been training my ass off this cycle with no signs of slowing down. My ability to train is great - could easily hit the gym daily and train my entire body 3-4 times a week.

Aggression, minor acne, ****ed up sleep, constantly elevated heart rate - this much aggression is something I have yet to feel - it could just be the stress of school, my father and ****ed up sleeps, but if I don't train at least every other day right now I'm ready to murder people over nothing. Skin has definitely been worse and if I don't time out Tren and oral Trest early enough in the day I cannot fall asleep for hours on end. I also have gotten pretty sick in week 3 - had a constant feeling of gut rot which booneman told me is most likely unrelated to the cycle. It was however not helping with my sleep and between not sleeping and the cycle, my dad in the hospital and crazy stomach pains I've felt some anxiety for sure. But again. I think that's life - not necessarily the cycle. Could also be the feeling of a constantly elevated heart rate. My Fitbit has been showing my heart rate being as high as 80-90 just sitting around doing nothing - so that could be playing into my feelings of anxiety.
 
The anxiety is most definitely at least partially from the hormones (and everything that comes with them). Definitely looking bigger but don't seem to be any fatter honestly. In fact with the fullness you almost seem leaner

haha well I certainly can't complain with that then =) especially with the way everything else has been going. Dad got back home today - hoping to get some quality sleeps now knowing that he is safe and sound, relatively speaking.

A solid workout for sure. Really enjoy the mix up of training - I've been trying to go everyday and get tons of volume to get huge and strong like Hyde - tomorrow will be squats and probably other random leg stuff since my friend is more of a bodybuilder type and enjoys all the supersets and isolation exercises - but it's refreshing for me as I never really do that kind of stuff.
 
Hahaha we both need to get a lot bigger and stronger! Having a buddy for lower body is good - someone to keep you from pussing out when you start dragging!
 
I've been quite pleased really. When I used to gym in high school I would have trouble at times staying motivated - now - I can go into a workout, even legs - and just go through an entire workout without thinking and quitting once. It's a nice feeling. It's like constant gym motivation.

Lol yah it was pretty intense. It went from like - feeling nothing to - constantly increased heart rate and crazy aggression and people being like wtf are you on.

Solid leg workout tonight. Definitely starting to feel taxed after all the workouts. Will be taking the day off tomorrow because of my final exam. Great workout - legs were a bit sore going into it and 315 still moved at a decent pace but I can't post the video. Here's the workout.
