Not too crazy of a workout - but still very effective - I've stopped going down into super low reps and can definitely feel it and its allowing me to get the much needed volume I've been after - still sore as a mofo since I've been busting my ass like mad lately. Chest hasn't stopped being sore for at least 5 days now but I keep giving it little bits of stimulation. Deadlifts felt nice and strong as well - I think this sickness I was having is subsiding - it was really rough - my stomach felt really in pain whenever I would go a while without eating and it seems to be getting better bit by bit. Will be nice once my courses are done, picked for next semester, dad is home and im back to 100% health.
