Day 18: took one cap on an empty stomach and did some cardio. I feel like it's helping me lean up some when dosed one cap before cardio. Then when I came back I took another cap with some food. An hour later i was in the gym. Deadlift 5x3, squat 4x4, incline bench 4x8, db bench 3x6, Firemans walk db 60 yards(give or take not 100% sure how far it was from wall to wall) then about 10 minutes of cardio. I felt really good today and my traps are on fire
 
Day 19: feeling really good today. Decided not to take one epi plex before cardio. Didn't notice a negative or positive from not taking it. Took a double dose before I went to the gym. Waited about an hour and went to the gym. Started off with v-pull downs 4x6, db row(heavy) 4x8, calf raises 3x15, bb curl 4x10, tricep push down 4x25, cardio was 100 jump rope x 4. Cardio was really easy. Will be sticking to the 2 doses pre workout. The doses before cardio do feel like they help but I feel like I get a lot more out of my workout having two before the gym. After the log I'll probably start with two doses am before cardio and two doses pre workout
 
Day 20: Woke up late, really wasn't feeling like doing much of anything today but i knew some heavy weight would make the day better. took 2 doses 45 minutes before the gym. did 3x6 flat db press followed by 3 drop sets to failure(drops sets seem to be getting easier)4x8 deadlifts(these were tough, as ive been adding 20 pounds on each week to my lift),standing bb press 4 sets to 8-10, then 2 sets to failure. no cardio done today, feeling a little beat up and plan on taking tmw off so i can hit legs hard on saturday.

Adding 20lbs to each lift after a week .. Damn, and over here I'm happy with 5-10 lol

It's just my deadlift that I'm adding the 20 pounds to weekly. Also, I underestimated my max. My program has me taking a deload week after 3 weeks so why not go All out haha. 5-10 is what I'm trying to add in every other lift. I wish I could add 20 pounds onto each lift each week haha
 
Day 21: Rest day from the gym. Ill be taking a double dose right before bed tonight.
 
Day 22: felt really good this morning, only got around 4 1/2 hours of sleep:/ but I dosed yesterdays epi plex right as I went to sleep and I believe the effects of epi wear off at around 5-6 hours. I took a double dose when I woke up before drinking a shake. Went to the gym and had a really good workout. The additional weight on my deadlift felt light, gonna be seeing what my max is in about 2 weeks. Deadlifts 5x3, squats 4x8, standing overhead bb press 4x8( also someone told me today that I should bring the bar to my chest for each rep? Is that right?) pendlay rows 4x8, seated db shrugs 4x35. Weight after the gym was 203.3
 
If I bring the bar to low on shoulder presses I get to much shoulder pain (not the good kind) so I would say the lower the better, but make sure it is comfortable and does not over stress the area.
 
Okay, I was bringing it down to my chin. I could feel my triceps being used as well as my shoulders. I really just didn't see why one would need to bring it down to there chest
 
Day 24: I took two epi plex this am after cardio drank my shake and headed to the gym, I notice that there's no negative change with a light meal at dosing, the science behind it could say otherwise but I haven't noticed a difference. Felt really good today, starting back on the anabolic diet to lean out some see how well epi works while on that diet with the other bottles I have. Today's workout was bb lunges 5x8, squats 5x3, leg extensions 4x20, db bench 4x10, high cable cross 3x15, calf raises 2 sets of 15. Did 30 minutes of cardio about an hour after the gym as well.
 
Day 26: woke up for cardio took one epi plex with a scoop of alphamine and hit the road for about 45 minutes. Came back took another dose and a shake and headed to the gym. Muscles are feeling full and endurance is way up. Had a 2 hour shoulder/back session followed by 100x5 jump rope and could have easily done more but I had to get home to prep my food.

I'm tryin to man. By having this log and the advice of others here it's definitely motivated me to go 100% and no shortcuts.
 
Day 27: decided to see how well epi plex would help with doing a workout after work( working from 10pm-6am, I normally never do) I wasn't expecting much but epi plex really showed me how effective it is this morning. I did db bench 3x8, deadlifts 4x8, cable crossover 6x8, incline smith press 4x10, seated row 4x8, bb row 5x5. Followed by 10 minutes on the treadmill. It's the first time I've taken it after a night shift and I've gotta say I feel the epi plex made it a lot easier
 
I really like Epi !!!!!!! It Just Works !!
 
Day 28: woke up and did some walking around with my girlfriend around all the July 4th festivities, took one Epi plex and another before the gym. I did a quick workout today 8x8 superset of bb curls and push downs followed by 4x8 supersets of drag curls and v push ups
 
Lots of live music today



I guess nobody was wanting to lift on a holiday hah
 
Day 30: alright guys, today is the last day of my sponsored log of Epi-Plex by CEL. I'll post up before and afters next but let's get to my review. Over 30 days of taking this product I feel like it's helped me get a few extra reps in at the gym and it's really helped me with cardio endurance. I didn't notice to much benefit in strength with the product. It helped me transition into a more difficult program than before. I do believe that I got more of a benefit from taking a double dose about 30 minutes before the gym rather then splitting up the doses. I wouldn't add this in as a staple supplement due to the price, even though I do believe this is one if not the most affordable -Epi product available. I do have 3 more bottles that I will be running. With those ill experiment with a higher dose, even though I do feel like 600mg is more than enough. Thank you to koi1214 and CEL for the opportunity to try this out. Also thanks for everybodys help that followed along with this log
 
Arms and delts look much more defined even though you added 5lbs. Looks good man.
 
Thanks man, it's funny I've done less isolated arm/shoulder exercises this month.than I've done in a while
 
Matthandyo - very nice progress, also was their a much change in the diet ? or sticked with the same diet prior to beginning the log?

My diet was the same throughout, about 200-300 cals over maintenance daily. High fat, medium protein, low carb. Yeah I've been doing a tweaked anabolic diet now for a little bit. I would say for about 2 months? It could be longer than that

5lbs in 30 days is awesome

Yeah I'm glad it was a somewhat lean gain, I'm not sure how much if any was due to the epi plex directly. I mean training wise it helped with being able to keep up the cardio and get some extra reps

I dosed two this am and then another two before I worked out today and had probably the best back workout I've ever had haha. How are you planning on dosing?

My plan is 1 in morning and 2 caps pre .. will test out 2-2 prolly on week3 and so on.

My friend is just dosing 2pre and is going great.

Nice, if your dosing the one in the a.m before cardio I found that it made it a breeze even with minimal sleep. Two pre workout is definitely the way to go if you plan on only doing two a day
