Matt's Epi-Plex Log

I work overnight shifts, its about time to clock out haha
 
Day 8: dosed 2 caps about 45 minutes after eating, about an hour later was at the gym. Went up in weight in everything and took the reps back down to the 6-8 range from doing 10-12 range for the past week. Felt really good and even set a new pb at 8 reps on bb rows which is cool. Next week I'll be starting the dup training and il be able to see how epiplex helps in terms of strength,power and growth over time. Time to get my post workout meal in
 
i worked 3rd for over 20 years in a box factory...i loved it, not many bosses around and cooler in summertime!!!

That's cool man, did you work for ups or something similar?yeah I love it, plenty of time to do what needs to be done without a boss over my shoulder but I do wish I had more time to spend with my gf tho. She works and has school during the day and I really only get to see her on my days off which sucks.
 
Starting this on Monday, will probably start a workout log as well. Monday will be 11 days of 600 mg of Epi-Plex. Tomorrow and Sunday will be active rest days(cardio and core work).

Seems a little counter productive to me for them to buy the company then shut down an entire plant. That's a shame man

a few years ago international paper bought out the competition in certain areas to control the market, it was a well calculated strategy on their part.

Oh well that in that case I guess it was a good business move, but no one likes losing their job. With my job, were contracted security and the owners of the property are always trying to cut back and try to cut security but the home owners always have our back. There have been a few times this year where they've mentioned letting us all go, if they did I guess I'd just have to go to the police academy a little sooner then expected haha
 
Day 9: I was going to do just cardio and some core but I was feeling good so I went in and did 4x6 deadlifts, 5x5 squats and 3x8 over head press. Dosed two epi plex pre, I feel like it's helping me recoup from set to set better and am able to hit the 4th set just as hard as the 1st.
 
nice gainz, when its cardio day and it turns into lifting day that means its starting to kick in lol

Remember it's only going to get better with Epi-Plex too!!
 
Day 11: I took two epiplex this morning after i woke up, waiting about 45 minutes ate a small meal and pre workout and went to the gym. Felt really good today and had a good sweat going pretty quickly which I've noticed to be happening more than before. Did squats 5 sets of 3, bench 4 sets of 4, overhead press( I was able to add 20 pounds onto my max, it's still not heavy weight but it's improvement) for 5x5, then last I did dumbbell flat press for 4 sets of 8. Cardio will be done shortly.

Are you sticking with 2 caps or will increase to 3 ?

Also do you only take 2caps on workout days and split 1-1 on non workout days ?

For the logging opp I'm sticking to two caps per day, and so far that seems to be working just fine.for the first few days I was doing 1 dose and then waiting 4-5 hours for the next but I feel as if the 2 doses at once has a better effect. And on non workout days I'm doing the two doses before bed or I'm doing the two doses before I do cardio.

i agree...2 caps at once seems to have more effect than splitting them up!!!
 
Day 12: took one epiplex this morning before cardio on an empty stomach and got it done. Didn't notice anything positive or negative really with the cardio. After breakfast I took one epiplex and went to the gym. Did deadlifts 5 sets of 3, squats 4x4, incline bench(smith) 4 sets of 8, db bench, 2 sets of 8. Felt really good today and I feel like epiplex is helping keep my strength while being in a slight deficit.

I gotta say my muscles have been feeling "full" all day. Like an all day pump
 
Day 13: woke up took one epi plex on an empty stomach. Went and did 45 minutes on the treadmill followed by some core work. Took second dose as I was leaving the gym. My appetite is down. I could have easily not eaten once I got back from the gym. The only thing I can attribute that to is epi plex. It's been slight the past few days but today it was much more prominent.
 
Day 14: Took a double dose of epi plex about an hour or so after eating and headed to the gym. With this making it two weeks of 600mg of epi plex a day(two pills) i can say my endurance and overall workouts have improved. today i had incline bench 3 sets of 8, deadlift 4 sets of 8, flat db press for 2 sets of 8 then two drop sets each until failure and last barbell row 3 sets of 5. it was a heavier workout than normal. cardio was a ten minute walk. The workout was smooth and rest between each set was about 60 seconds. Even though i forgot my headphones focus was at 100%. I believe that was due to the Epiplex at the full dose. Like i said before muscle fullness is noticeable. tomorrow is accessory day so ill be putting the pump aspect of epiplex to the test.

day 15: Took a double dose about 20 minutes before my workout. It was a more of a volume accessory day. 4x6 of pullups,4x8 db rows, 4x10 face pulls,4x12 calf raises,4x12 bb curl, 3x8 skull crushers, 4x12 push downs. Really good workout, i just wish i had closed my sunroof before i went into gym hah i didn't realize it was going to rain. anyways i had a nice pump i can say is from the epiplex and really solid workout. Im going to post a day 1/day 15 back picture of being on epi plex.
 
also, i shattered my phone screen/front camera so thats why theres a white flash thing in there
 
Day 16: I took a double dose of Epi plex about 20 minutes before the gym, Deadlift 5x3, squat 4x8, overhead press 3x8( went up to 8 reps with the weight that last week i could barley get 5 with.) bb row 3x8. I feel really good, pump is constantly there, even with low carbs. Really surpised with this product with only taken it 2 weeks so far.
 
Thanks man. I'm eating a high carb meal every 3 or 4 days and the rest of the week it's low carb. Strength is increasing weekly. The extra endurance from the Epi plex I feel is really helping me transition from a normal training spit(like chest and tris, back and biceps) to dup training.

This thread is what inspired me to get the Epi-Plex for myself.

Awesome man, I hope you enjoy it. Personally I've seen the most out of it taking both doses pre workout rather then split into taking it twice a day
