Pretty good arm day, triceps felt it at the end of the workout. The floor skull crushers is from an ANIMAL article. I'll try and search for it and post a link. But the purpose is that each plates gives it a different stretch and angle. You bring it down until you hit the floor. Order was messed up than i wanted it to as in weight, but still worked well.
