Ok! So thanks to a few changes in my regiment that I will continue to tweak often I was able to eat this today while simply at work:
4 protein bars - 120 grams protein 100 carbs
6 frosted donuts
30 oz mixed 4% Greek yogurt/peach yogurt
1/2 pound bbq pork tenderloin
1/2 lb wheat pasta
2 breaded chic patties with 1b wheat pasta
Beef jerky
And I’m up 4 more hours so more food to come.
- ACV is slowly becoming a godsend to me, as is citrucel fiber and stool softener to get things moving faster. Digestive enzymes added this week also.
More sugar to aid digestion - fcuk it I’m on insulin anyhow.

32 iu’s Lantus is awesome.
Bumped up today’s NPP to 220mg to finish off a vial.
50mg dbol on workout days, 40 on off days. Thinking of running NPP at 600/week moving forward since I’m ordering 1 more vial anyways. No sides except a little aggression and sweatiness. Thoughts ?

So Ive got NPP and Deca or even EQ on deck for a future bulk... You find insulin added allows to cheat sugar intake on bulk or keep hunger up? I'm sure that's obvious, but not being diabetic and have not tried myself...

Both. Plus insane increase in IGF-1. I feel like I’m not even close to it’s sweet spot for my weight. But I tread lightly with any insulin and only make small adjustments. ESPECIALLY fast acting insulins.
 
Lantus today: 34iu’s.
Although I have studied insulin for years, I believe now that I had not done sufficient amount of studying of Lantus. I will be working my dose upwards of 50iu’s. 50-70 is the sweet spot especially for a 230lb man. I was being way too cautious with it based on some novice literature I had followed.
 
Does taking the insulin not scare the hell out of you?

Naw, I got through 4 days a week Novolin-R use 2016-17. I haven’t felt the slightest bit hypo even once on 10-34 iu’s Lantus. Even hours of accidental fasting. Safest insulin you can use. However, I was extreeeeemely cautious with Novolin, I literally carried a huge package of candy orange slices in my pocket and had a bag with another 500 grams of various sugar and dextrose tabs or gummies. Always ate every 2 hours with loads of carbs.
 
Dude your thread is fascinating. If I ran what you’re and ate like that I would be 350lbs in a matter of months. I think you’re in a conundrum cause your body is getting so efficient at that amount of calories I’ll bet it’s speeding up your metabolism to maintain homeostasis. Enjoying following

It’s my thyroid friend. I swear. That, or I have some bs fairy tale receptor saturation. But that’s ridiculous since I was off gear entirely for a year. Even got off TRT. Until March this year. So I’ve been on 6 months, and haven’t been over 250mg Test at all. And have cycled just a few orals and never even ran over 500mg of any gear. You think I’d be blowing the fcuk up at 525npp and 50dbol with all this insulin, but I’ve had to fight for every pound I’ve gained so far. Even water weight isn’t fcking with me right now. Very very odd. I usually put on 10lbs of water alone on Dbol. All my gear is legit too. Blue hearts Dbol and Dragon NPP. Oh well, I don’t gaf, I’ll just work harder and eat more. Can’t stop this train bytches!!!

I am only 18 days in. And haven’t hit my dose of insulin for big gains yet. The next 6 weeks should get easier. You don’t need gear for bulking, food and insulin is all one needs. Now cutting? I wouldn’t consider it without aas.
 
How has training been going?

Pretty good, strength is way up after the Dbol kicked in, everything is up 20-30lbs and rising, pumps are incredible. I’m thinking of splitting things up a bit more so I can add volume and focus on arms and legs a bit more since I feel like my back and chest are growing fast enough. Maybe a little more shoulder work too.

Like:
Chest
Back
Legs
Arms n Shoulders
Off
Legs
Repeat.

Not sure yet, just am able to lift on my lunch break now so I should be able to get 5-6 sessions a week but no more 1.5 hour ones, just an hour flat.
 
Well if you really need more frequency for arms and shoulders, try adding a little on the tail of your back day. A doggcrapp set of curls, laterals & rear delt flyes won’t eat a lot of time, but it’s an entire extra weekly stimulation in your rotation.

That’s actually what I do now! A little more volume just to beat them up. But I feel like as tall as I am, I need an entire session just for arms/shoulders and 2 legs days a week. The first 6 months back in the gym I just did a push pull legs split but always added some direct bicep and shoulder training on back day, as well as some triceps after chest. They are gonna need more at this point though

I should have been more clear - I not only back your proposed split above, but think you should add even more arm work on top of what you have suggested.

When is the comp you would like to do?

At the moment I would be focusing on getting that insulin where you need it. Just get body weight on for now, carefull with volume burning to many calories.

Ya. I tend to just do an hour for training. And my job is a desk job, so I shouldn’t burn too much. I’m shooting for May-July for Men’s Physique.

I wouldn't worry to much about lagging parts just yet, when you get the Lantus sorted you should be good, you already know how to bring up lagging parts with Humalog.
And to make Whiskys cheesecake idea even better, try this...

If you’re after digestion and probiotics ~ will also help with the Kratom constipation, eat sauerkraut.

IMO, I would swap your breakfast drink with blended fruit (pineapple, papya and grapefruit blended with cranberry juice).

It’s two-fold. Digestive enzymes and liver aide.

Awesome brother! Ya, it is a challenge daily and I seem to take 2 steps forward and 1 back here and there, but after 2 6500 calorie days I’m back hovering just under 230 again.
I was only pulsing the Dbol when I started the Lantus for a week or two. Just since I scored 500 blue hearts and have more than enough for a few cycles.(great source btw) and once the NPP arrived, I went ahead and started up at 50/day.
I will confirm trying with many diff steroids, pulsing is an utter waste of good aas. It does next to nothing.

Fantastic info bro. I appreciate it and desperately need more help as I continue gaining. The ACV and citrucel/stool softener has helped tremendously but I’m still shoveling a lot of food on top of a really full stomach most the day. I will be incorporating the shake with papaya(also purchased the papaya extracted enzyme pills) and sauerkraut. I had this same problem in 2016 and started a thread and got a guy say he swore by sauerkraut for satiety and digestive aid.
 
So today:
2 MetRx bars 60p/55c - full sugar Rockstar energy
Uncle Bens 10oz/can hormel chili
2 chicken burritos 2 half breast breaded chicken
2 more promax protein bars
10oz sour gummy worms
NY strip steak 10oz Pho noodles
1/2 lb peanut butter with granola
30oz 4% Greek yogurt with more granola
About 5500 calories so far. More to come before bed. 6k is what I’m shooting for and I’m probably gonna have to dirty up the calories more as I gain.

How good is cheesecake......but really, just the other day I saw a rather LARGE lady in the selfserve checkout at the supermarket scanning her trolly.....I was a lil jelly at thinking of that as a workout :/

I know you’re having a lot of ideas thrown at you to help with getting calories in. Hyde pretty much has one of the better options with adding in juices (hence the suggestion of an all fruit smoothie ~ easy digested fruits at that in the AM)

All that pb would be sitting in my stomach like a brick lol

Cool idea, should add 30-50ml pomegranate juice too.
 
I bought some Halloween edition spiced Egg Nog last night on sale - this stuff is 380 calories of fat and sugar per 8oz cup. You could knock back a few cups a day and boom, 750 calories with no effort.

They also had chocolate peanut butter flavored milk that was mainly sugar. Can you imagine pouring that over peanut butter granola? Awww yeahhhh

I’m just saying, liquid calories is the secret to reaching any desired daily calorie intake.
 
Also, Frosted Flakes soften up or blend into whole milk mighty easily.

Hardee’s used to make a badass Captain Crunch Milkshake.

Just some more ideas.
 
How much water have you been drinking? Seems like you should have put on 8lbs of water from the dbol alone.

I can’t keep nearly enough in me, from the sweatiness from Kratom and NPP and it still being over 105 degrees here, I definitely fluctuate 6 lbs. I’m sure end of today I’ll be up to 234 or so, as I tend to pick up water through the day and pee most off at night, waking up my driest. So this morning sitting right at 230, I could be more like 234 this evening so a 12 lb increase. I do take Letro 1.25 eod and that keeps me quite dry also.
