Thanks brother.
Pretty nice?!?

Sh1t bro, more than pretty nice. I know you ain’t about that life these days but you could have had some immense wild and crazy parties in a place like that lol

I’ll never get around to ordering online so I just use smoke shop garbage.. One place has decent stuff, sells it in bulk. and I tend to go through about a kilo or two a month. That’s about four thousand capsules btw. In 30 days.

That’s crazy bro! I pay 80 a kilo for dank. But I just mix it with oj, doesn’t taste too bad. Good luck on the tapering, slow and steady wins the race brother!

Fcuk I can’t imagine choking down 75grams a day of powder. I just don’t have it in me.
I’ve done it in a pinch but not every 4 hours. ??

Hahaha yeah it takes getting used too. I usually take between 5-8 tbs a day. I should probably stop but it just makes me a happier person. Haha

That’s gonna be the hardest part for me, and what’s worse I can’t just go enjoy it one day a week, bc like clockwork, I’ll eventually be on it every day again.

Thats gorgeous. So you got room for an extra gym rat to move in right? Lol

And you’d love it! It’s like 110 degrees every day. This house was the compromise for my gf to stay living here until my kids are a little older and we can move to N Cali. She hates it here and I don’t blame her, I went out to Sonoma with her by her old CG base, and I instantly was willing to move there as soon as my kids are almost done with high school. I’ve had enough of the heat.

I love the heat. It was 91 here today and all these Yankees were crying. I was like what y'all complaining about. Lol

You can take the money you’ll save to pay your property taxes in that ballin’ new pad!

And be able to eat easier, and not be a slave to it.

You would have been proud of me. I weighed in Friday morning at 219.0 and woke up Saturday at 230.6 after reloading Friday. I had been weighing ~224 prior to the little cut.

Back when I was Army and still tough, I would run up camelback mountain in 110 degrees, both sides. Now I’m crying if my AC doesn’t cool the car off fast enough

Yeah we where all alot tougher in the Army weren't we. Lol. I still drive with just my windows down and no A/C though

Ever since I saw the myth busters that showed ~45mph is the crossover point for fuel efficiency between windows down vs AC on for most vehicles, I tend to have the windows up whenever I’m at that speed lol

I have always driven windows down. Never use my A/C. Unless the wife and daughter are in the truck.

Dude I do enrollment for a University, don’t even break 75k a year.
But we made a few smart moves to get in this place, cash flowing another property for one.

Plus Phoenix housing market is insane. That house in any other city would be 600k, a million in N Cali, in Goodyear, AZ, 365k

Love big water/carb loads bro! That’s a hell of a jump! I think my Letro dose is holding me back from my true moonfaced potential!

Damn dude that place is only $365k? How many square foot? It looks huge maybe it’s the high ceilings?

I got lucky with this job. No BS degree. I’ve worked primarily shyt jobs bro. I think the only ones that paid more than crap was social media acct management and Travel Dialysis Technician. And even then, enrollment pays 15k more than either of those do. But I couldn’t afford this place without my woman paying half of everything. Yet another reason why my Kratom habit needs to die.

I’d get out to a big city with a PhD man. You could make 120k easy in North Cali
Truth, cost of living in Bay area rises in accordance... Trick is dealing a longer drive and staying counter commute outside of the city... then the high pay makes the move worth it. Unless you relish all that income going to outrageous housing...

I freaking loved Petaluma, and I’m doing whatever is necessary to move out there in the next 5 years. But, ya, probably gonna be a bit of a slave to my mortgage...

I got a meeting coming up with thr judge and the mayor. They want to hear my ideas of opening a human services organization catering to individuals and families in need. Hopefully it turns into something. That is my field. Hopefully i get a chance to make a significant difference in the lives of people that need it. I would rather help others than be rich. Any life worth living is the life you live for others.

Money would be nice though

I totally hear you. I act like it’s all about money but I spent my 11 years in healthcare in the ER and Dialysis and it was truly rewarding. And I was going to say I enroll for Human Services and I tell people all the time, if you are after a paycheck, do Social Work, or consider getting a Masters at the very minimum in that field. That’s awesome you have all that education though man. I can’t even seem to start my last year of my Bachelors and I spend literally half the time in the gym you do. I just suck at time management to do school on top of everything I’m about right now. An MBA sounds ****ing awesome though if I want to ever move to N Cali.

It’s not all that big, but it does feel huge with 2 living rooms and 4 bedrooms. 2700 I think... But in Phoenix, that’s small, home of the cookie cutter 4000 square foot homes in all surrounding cities.

My PhD is in human services administration...spent the last 4 years trying to put the damn thing to use

Nice man enjoy it!

Thank you good sir. This is why I try to advocate for people to fight for this life that they only get one of. 9 years ago, I was served divorce papers while detoxing methadone and vodka cold turkey. I was kicked out of RN school in my last block. I was pretty much homeless. House foreclosed that I owned along with both vehicles. 120k in debt. I’m lucky I didn’t lose custody of both my boys.

The struggle that was the last almost decade was worth the life I’m finally starting to have now, no matter how many times I just wanted to give up bc I couldn’t take another failure or any more pain. Giving up on the only chance we get in this existence is simply a failure to recognize that things will always get better with hard work one day at a time.

I don’t quit until I’m dead. And I’ll just be the calloused bastard that says it, but anyone that kills themselves that has young children is a pitiful coward.

Don’t ever move to the uk.....

That house in the south of England, way over 1,000,000 USD (like 2 mill in some areas and over 3 mill in London). Up in the north west where I live it’d be 700,000-800,000 USD......

Honestly house prices are crazy here. I used to work in real estate during the massive boom it had in the late 90’s. People were gaining 40-50k USD equivalent between offer and completion lol

Jealous though. I live somewhere where historic is considered 100 years old. I spent a month in the UK and absolutely loved it there. Inverness, Killarney, Dublin, Wales, London. Such an amazing place to a Yankee like myself.

Yeah I know a lot of people from the states who say the same. Guess when you grow up with it then it’s nothing special. That said I’m not much for the history of places, I like natural beauty areas and water, really find being near water to be very therapeutic.

Only $120k with a PHD? I make way more than that with no college degree whatsoever. That's disappointing

In Human Services, that’s like being paid in gold bricks.

Shyt what do you do? As long as it’s not drilling for oil, sign me the fcuk up.
My bad I was thinking MD lol. I work in natural gas plants. I inspect piping and vessels and give the client corrosion rates, remaining lives and repair recommendations. Its mandated by OSHA, every 5 years for existing plants. You just have to have these 2 certifications. Each costs about $4K with prep course and the pass rate is like 40%. And you need 3 years experience in the inspection, design or fabrication of pressure piping and pressure vessels.

It’s all about what that degree is in too. I sit next to another senior enrollment advisor that has an MBA. But she loves doing this. It’s easy and comfortable. But I promise you, if I had an MBA, I’d be after double what I make here.

That sounds hella interesting honestly, RB.

OSHA is super intrusive though, but I get why.

It was a good field until recently. Now the market is flooded with inspectors. Unless you have a lot of experience you are gonna have a hard time finding a job. Unlike 12 years ago when I got my cert. I went from making $800 a week to $4,000 from just one cert. Still wet behind the ears People caught wind of that fast though. Those rates aren't typical though. I applied for that job at just the right time lol.

That sounds easy as pie, sign me up lol

But we all know what you make can have zero correlation to the difficulty of the task. Ie management over anything will make more than the skilled people they supervise even if they can’t hang with the worst of their employees.

Yeah the more you make in this field the less you work but the more BS you have to put up with. Like near impossible tasks with little to no guidance.

Man, didnt have time to keep up with this for 2 days and I think I'm more than 10 pages behind now lol. Can you f*****rs slow down for 24 hours and give me a chance to catch up?
