I need to get on the anti-aging section and work on some of the long term stuff with TRT. I’ll cruise something and have awesome libido, etc etc. and then all of a sudden, I cant perform well without a little cialis, and have very little libido. So I just take it every other day or every 3 day. It keeps it lower a lot like Arginine AKG. Weird though bc it feels like it raises BP with the flushed face and headache it gives. I love the stuff though.

TRT is something I really need to start putting effort into learning about. I'm getting to that point where I might be considering it sooner or later.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like to watch you tweek your cruise. Being so switched on with what things do to you makes it easy to understand and learn.

Short acting, I definitely feel it is close to pointless.
Lantus, absolutely not, I’ve seen awesome increase in hypertrophy and recovery not taking it on a training day, but taking it the next day. Just due to the way I’m taking it: MTW and F. I’m sure I’d be even more anabolic just taking it for 2 full weeks at a time.
 
I would literally be driving to the gym, road rage kicking in, totally irrational, with a mild chub for no reason having not even seen any women yet. It was always okay because I understood it was just the tren doing its thing, but definitely a ride.

People say roid rage isn’t real...I say they’re in denial. It was profound and like clockwork after dosing. But because of that I could always keep perspective that whatever I’m upset about doesn’t matter, because the anger is just part of you for the moment. It was kind of therapeutic, to dissociate like that.

YK is intriguing me lately. I’ve heard claims it’s stronger than Anavar, and then some claiming it’s one step conversion to 11-oxo is weak af. Excuse the ignorance on it, I’ve done very little research on Sarms and related compounds

I haven't seen anything on 11-oxo conversion and half the stuff written on the net I've taken with a grain of salt.
From what I can gather it's not really a Sarm but an oral 19nor with low androgen receptor binding, unknown progestin receptor binding, AI potential and high folistatin increase.

I stopped taking it after 4 weeks because without better training I can't push it further and I want to get a better idea of S4 before I finish. I'll update my thread in a day or two.

It gave me slight non-estro related sensation in my gyno nip, made me cranky, made me crave carbs, didn't crash my estro, slightly bloated me and was very fast acting. So far I like it.
I will definitely be keeping an eye on this one and putting it to a real test in the future.

My Dienelone Enanthate arrived today! Ordered Friday maybe so quick turn around. If you’re gonna grab any 11KT you better get it now from them, the price is right. But I did just used 2 bottles of OL’s at 2-3 pumps per day for 10 weeks in my stack and it was nice, but nothing revolutionary. It’s a great legal cutting stacker but it won’t make the cycle.
 
Ya, Fry’s(Kroger, Ralphs) has 1LB Jif jar and generic choco granola bars(8 pack) both for $1.50. I swear I have 15 left of each in the pantry.

Have you been lowering your kratom intake or got it manageable yet? Also what so far has been the hardest part in terms of your goal? Eating enough cal?

Not at all, it’s got such a long half life, after eating over 250 caps in one day just to keep getting sicker and sicker, (they were either Kava or crushed leaves and dirt in a capsule bc they were 0% Kratom)took me until yesterday to shake all the withdrawals) Looking at it honestly and with a little math, it will take me 5-6 months if I want to do it with very little to no discomfort or interruption of my life.. But that’s going to take a lot of discipline and I need to monitor my dose for a few days and start a taper protocol of a gram or 2 a day.

Hands down, no contest at all, eating for the size I’m shooting for, is the hardest thing I’ve ever done pursuing a bodybuilding goal in 22 years. I’ve got a TSH level of 1.1 which is 0.4 away from being hyperthyroidism. And my Kratom use has slowed down my digestion and bowels and also causes nausea that I am forced to ignore to eat.(obviously I’m to blame for this)

Yesterday was a bad day as I didn’t make target calories:

2 pieces fried spicy chicken/Mac and cheese/protein bar
French dip sand which/potato chips/protein bar
1lb rice/2 cans tuna/protein bar
70 gram protein shake 2 ginger beers
20 oz 2% greek yogurt half box pumpkin seed granola
4 granola bars
2 Greek chicken breast with Greek yogurt taziki w 3 cups pasta
LF peanut butter
I feel like I was 1000 cals short or so
 
It’s been a few years since I’ve ran NPP or Dbol but day 4 I clearly had an increase in strength in the gym. I’ve incorporated an old really simple technique that Hyde reminded me of to help with strength, but it was effortless moving a decent amount more weight last night.
1-2 really good moderate warm up sets, jump right to a 2-5 rep extremely heavy set. Then drop down to another heavy set but in 8-15 rep range with newly recruited fibers. This and drop sets are the only way I continue to increase strength which has been a battle this year.

Another oldie but goodie is warming up to a single all-out 20 rep squat set and progressing that 5lbs/wk. It does really have to be a ball-buster tho.

You did good yesterday; just keep pushing as hard as you can and don’t get caught up in missed opportunities because you can’t change them! Remember to start eating very first thing; never wait to start the calories because the hunger won’t come without stimulation. Eric Lilliebridge says he just blends a 1,200 calorie shake each morning first thing full of honey and stuff so a couple hours after he gets hungry when his blood sugar comes down.

Totally. I’m a night eater which was great for summer doing a modified IF. But I eat 700 cals first thing in protein bars and I’m trying to find higher calories with the same convenience. I wouldn’t be able to get enough cals if I didn’t start first thing. It helps since 2 hours later I had 3 burritos and 2 breaded chicken breasts which I would never be that hungry that early if I had skipped breakfast

Bro you got to get on the shake train... you can use whole milk or 2% Plus instant oats peanut butter bananas chocolate and your protein powder. Pretty much anything you can think of to throw in there you can. Sometimes I put ice cream or brownies in mine for extra calories. Goes Down super easy also

When I’m home I do a bit but I live at work and luckily I can eat whenever I want and have a full kitchen there, with no blender or course though... I have been adding whole milk to meals all evening though...

If you put avocado in and put it in the fridge you could make it into a pudding. Sounds terrible but you can't taste the avocado and it adds fats.
 
Matt, you still having trouble sleeping? I don't know if you have access to valium but I heard that works great for sleep issues. And adderall works great for daytime lethargy from lack of sleep.
 
Avocado does blend into a shake really well as long as there’s pb in it too.

Bob Hoffman had all of his athletes making shakes like Godstrength said, plus ice cream and a few eggs. Ryan Kennelly, who BENCHED 1,085, put a lot of raw eggs in his shakes to drive calories up. It does add a nice custard texture.

Valium will knock you out easy but it will make you forget a LOT and wake up feeling crap imo.
I was lucky when I wen't through my Valium thing, weed canceled it out. Being a stoner at the time stopped me from using it much. Staying awake on Valium with stims is really nice, to nice actually.

Trazadone is wonderful for sleep. 100mg and donezo for 8+hours
 
I feel like a zombie the whole next day after trazodone. Agree on Adderall + Valium :)

Holy shyt! Day 5 and I’m ON! God I love NPP. Or Dbol. Don’t know which did it honestly... Bench jumped up 20lbs, doubled reps on heavy incline dumbbell press, flys up 15 lbs, put 2-5 reps on every triceps exercise. Best workout I’ve had in 2018.

Having Morphine in hospital the first time let me know I need to be very careful. The only thing that lowered the hyperactivity was a needle piercing one of my vas deferens without a local.

Adderals perkyness with Valium is similar to ephedrine and alcohol in one way, way different in another.

This thread has been a blast. Good for you Newth! You fuking deserve to unwind. Those of us that choose to step up and be the best dad to our kids possible need to have an outlet and some time to ourselves to gather our sanity.

Adderall can really kill your appetite making it much harder to hit your goal. I would stay away from that right now.
 
Day 6:
One or both compounds kicked in yesterday. Which is a bit shocking as I didn’t expect much until maybe day 10 or so. Every lift jumped up 15-20 lbs or added several reps.

Currently taking:
Test E 125mg 2x weekly
NPP 150mg eod
Dbol 50mg daily 20/20/10
Lantus 22iu 4-5x weekly
Letro 1.25 ed
Ralox 25mg daily
Prami 0.25 eod(I fuk like a champ on that stuff)

I ate:
2 protein bars
2 frozen burritos/2 breaded chic breast patties/protein bar
Entire box almond butter yogurt granola bars(900 cals)
1lb rice 2 shredded chic breast
1/2 gallon whole milk
1.5 chicken piccata with 25 damn mushrooms/wheat pasta/4 granola bars
40 oz 4% Greek yogurt/ 1/2box flaxpumpkin seed granola

Threw up the chicken from dinner so not sure how much of that counts. Not my best day as I didn’t even get to my 1lb PB. You can’t be in a total surplus every single day but I’m shooting for every damn day so today I’ll try harder.

228lbs and abs are slowly disappearing, I imagine they’ll be long gone come Halloween

Ya, it makes me really talkative and for work, that equates to results. Plus it’s a decent buzz with a dash of Valium. But like most things, I usually can’t just stash it for when I need it, I end up taking it round the clock until people can tell something’s a bit off.

Oh well
 
What kind of protein bars are you crushing?

I just picked up a box of Redcon MRE bars blueberry cobbler. They are amazing and pack 260 calories with little sugar.

The cheapest garbage I can find with 20-35 grams of protein minimum. Promax bars and sometimes pure protein, and a few Walmart brands. My goal is $1.25 or less for at least 20grams protein. Since I eat like 6 a day just for the hell of it after already eating an entire meal usually too:

I was hating admitting to knowing what it does, not being on...I wish..but same here, I cant just stash them either.
But I did have a few drinks so there was a little self gathering, lol. It has been cool seeing how hormones effect things again though, TRT is looking more interesting than I had first thought.
