What's up guys? Today was day one of my ten week hypertrophy program. I'm going to be posting here each workout to keep record of my workouts and to see how I progress, feel free to follow along. I've been cutting for a little over 8 weeks and now I'm going to be doing a reverse diet/bulk with the help of BeastFitness . Goal is to finish my Recomp after dropping from 220 down to 179 it's time to make some gains. My stats are I'm 22(23 next month), weight 181-182, 5'10
Day 1 workout:
(Mixed one scoop meso before workout with some Gatorade powder, also had 2 scoops bcaas with another scoop Gatorade intra workout)
Warm-up walk treadmill
1.0 incline- 3.5 speed for 10 minutes
Squat:
225x8x4
Leg press machine(I like the feel of this on my legs vs traditional leg press)
190x20x3
Lying leg curl:
90x12x3
Seated calf raise:
90x12x3
(The knot is my calves is real doe)
Notes:
Felt very good this morning, empty gym due to it being thanksgiving. First time I've done that high of volume on leg press and it felt amazing afterwards.
